Internet wasn’t good in the room, beds were separate, no hairdryer in the room, so we need to ask it from reception, and the lady in the night shift wasn’t so polite while asking about wifi, no fridge in the room. There was wedding party so we couldn’t get parking in the hotel and we must park our car far away from the hotel and walk with all our luggages to the hotel.

The only good stuff was that they had garden and fire place there, so we could enjoy some time outside in fresh air.

- The bathroom smells so disgusting it bothered me all the time, and the ventilation is bad! May cause vomiting !! In room 103! - staff don’t speak English. - There are repairs to the facilities of the place. - The lake is better be cleaned.

- kids facilitates - quiet place - Jacuzzi - breakfast not bad. - The place seems to be hosting some events and is suitable for that.

I ordered this hotel for my elder parents. When they arrived, administration were nice, room was OK, but outside their hotel room slept many children that were laughing, making noise and later kicking and knocking doors in midnight. Thus parents didnt get to rest properly. If I had been informed in advance about kids, I would have chosen a different hotel, as sleep was very important for a trip around Europe. Without kids i would have rated the stay between 7 or 8.

Rooms have this feeling that someone been in it before you, needs renovation & a little extra care in the rooms, at least should be clean 🙂 If was clean I bet renovation won’t be an issue, but it wasn’t. honestly would not recommend for this price you could chose more clean place. Spa….swimming pool was a little cold, but clean , jacuzzi was so dirty with foam at the top from the dirt & full of dust & hair. Sauna was not working 🙂

The standard of cleaning well atrocious. Our first night, we arrived around midnight, tired and needing to shower. My wife showered first and the bathroom and into the main area started to flood. I had to open up a blocked drain- to find it full of hair. This isn't jist from one person either Terrible standard of cleaning. We reported next morning. Later in the day after cleaning, there where still pockets if water on the bathroom floor and a wet toilet roll.hadnt been replaced. Really not accpetsble5

They call hotel as 3*, but it's as far from 3* as from Poland to Brazil. Sink in the toilet was cracked, shower hanger broken, you need to keep shower in your hand, access to the hotel through the forest with dirty and crashed road. We were waiting in the restaurant for 20 min to make an order, because waitres/bar tender was missing and she was very unhappy when I made a remark about it, anyway - food was really good, even if it was overpriced.

The hotel is not maintained. The street to the hotel is a pothole, unasphalted. The rooms, especially the bathroom, are not cleaned, the equipment needs to be replaced. The are no quiet hours in the hotel restaurant.

It is crumbling. Sockets are loose, lightbulbs hanging on the wires, rusty taps. No hairdryer. And the smell in the room.. Wifi password said enough - last time someone cared to update anything was back in 2019.

The food in the restaurant was quite OK and not expensive
