How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewQuiet surroundings, close to nature. Room size. Clean bathroom. Free parking on-site. Wifi was OKish. Sauna zone (nude one) was also good as temperatures were good, no smell. Salt room to relax is great. Big inside swimming pool with good temperature water.
Restaurant food including breakfast is made from low quality products and is really low quality, especially for 4 stars hotel. No kettle in a room (and staff was not able to provide it). Sauna which is close to pool (not in a nude zone) was not working (so my wife who does not like nude zones was not able to have sauna at all). Staff has problems to speak english. On weekdays cleaning team starts cleaning 6:30 and pushes beds in the room next by. On monday they started to clean windows and do some maintenance without a notice. So we were listening to diesel engine whole day next to our windows. No electric heater in a bathroom so you can't dry your swimming suits. No clear schedule when some special programs are going on in sauna (you go there and find out that sauna is occupied for some program). Also one of the 3 saunas was not working on weekdays (was working on weekend). Oh and on monday pool and sauna opens at 15:30... so you simply can't have morning swim. In general it felt way lower than 4 stars compared to similar style hotels we have stayed during our travels.

Please allow me to clarify: the breakfast products we serve are ordered from trusted local suppliers, and I can personally guarantee their quality. Regarding the sauna located near the swimming pool, it is true that it was closed at the time. However, all our guests are provided with a towel and a band to ensure privacy and comfort. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience related to housekeeping. We will address this matter with our staff to ensure such situations do not occur in the future. As for access to the pool, jacuzzi, and tepidarium — these amenities are indeed available to all our overnight guests in the morning hours. This information was included in your booking confirmation, is available in the hotel guide on our website, and is also provided in the room. It’s a pity that during such a long stay you didn’t approach the reception to share your concerns with us. Verified reviewThe hotel is situated in a beautiful, quiet area, near a forest, suitable for short walks. The food was fantastic, the wellness excellent, the relaxation areas, including the pool, very nice and pleasant environment. The room was sufficient, just for sleeping :-). Less storage space in the closets, if we go for more days, more space would be required.
We had room 204 on the 1st floor, which was located directly above the outdoor tables where people were smoking. It is unpleasant, because several times I could not open the window and ventilate. The comfort of the guests should come first, it would be appropriate to move the smoking area to a place where it would not bother anyone. A small comment about the bar area, where you could eat, we missed music there that would limit the clapping of people and loud conversations. We witnessed one hotel guest putting his bare feet on a chair, the hotel employee saw it, since he was serving them, but did not say anything. I believe that such unpleasant situations should be dealt with directly by the hotel manager.

The beds could use a renovation and breakfast options could have a simple description of some food items. At least for sauces, jams and similar.
