We had room 204 on the 1st floor, which was located directly above the outdoor tables where people were smoking. It is unpleasant, because several times I could not open the window and ventilate. The comfort of the guests should come first, it would be appropriate to move the smoking area to a place where it would not bother anyone. A small comment about the bar area, where you could eat, we missed music there that would limit the clapping of people and loud conversations. We witnessed one hotel guest putting his bare feet on a chair, the hotel employee saw it, since he was serving them, but did not say anything. I believe that such unpleasant situations should be dealt with directly by the hotel manager.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful, quiet area, near a forest, suitable for short walks. The food was fantastic, the wellness excellent, the relaxation areas, including the pool, very nice and pleasant environment. The room was sufficient, just for sleeping :-). Less storage space in the closets, if we go for more days, more space would be required.

One minus is that water in shower was not flowing to the right place, but directly to the room which makes taking a shower almost impossible. This problem was known by hotel staff but we weren't warned in advance

Everything was perfect just one device. Change your cutlery. You have perfect service, dishes and tableware. Only cutlery are really cheap and do not look nice.
