The hotel is really nice and has its own style. The staff was very kind and treated us well. The swimming pool and the saunas were pleasant to enjoy after a long drive. We happened to arrive on a night where a wedding reception was taking place. The staff upgraded us to a bigger room that was furthest from the event without us even asking. We could not hear the event downstairs. The breakfast was nice.

Personally, I found the bed mattress too soft, but that's a subjective factor. There is no elevator in the building and if you arrive with a heavy suitcase, the staff could offer to carry it up the stairs, but you have to carry the suitcase up the stairs yourself. Although the breakfast actually has a fairly wide selection, if you come for breakfast an hour before the end of breakfast, it may happen that some dishes will be already eaten and the staff will not replenish them. There is one broken sunbed in the spa area, I didn't notice it and as a result my swimming shorts were torn. I informed the reception about this, but I didn't get any apology or offer to compensate for the newly purchased swimming shorts. This attitude is really disappointing.

I had a very early arrival. The hotel staff allowed me to use the spa services until the room was ready for check-in, and they provided it at 10am. The breakfast has a wide selection and is really delicious. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of space for personal belongings. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Very nice place and we enjoyed our weekend there. One thing I would recommend owner to change is bed in our room. Mattress was too soft and combined of two smaller ones what was not so comfortable. Overall good value for money and great breakfasts.

Can't say I really minded because I stay up late but it can get quite noisy here if they're having an event.

It is a surprisingly elegant hotel near Warsaw with a good spa and an indoor swimming pool. I liked my room in a palatial style and the French garden that surrounds the hotel. There are a few hotels in this area to stay the night but none of them compares to Pałacyk Otrębusy.

The water in my bathroom had a strong smell of sulfur, I never even used it, had to shower at the spa because the water there was fine. The staff needs hospitality training.

There was a wedding in the hotel, which was a bit disturbing when we arrived, because it was loud and also very Russian, but it didn't disturb us in the rooms, because we couldn't hear the sound.

A very beautiful hotel with a wonderful garden and outdoor terraces. The hotel has a small SPA center, the visit of which is included in the price. Robes also available (not children's sizes). The rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. Responsive staff. The breakfast is excellent - a large selection.

Very beautiful, charming hotel with a superb restaurant. It has a spacious and very beautiful swimming pool with a nice salt chamber and saunas included in the stay price. Stuff was very friendly and helped us to resolve a small issue caused by kids. Definitely worth having breakfast there!

As this was the mid-way to our destination, couldnt really find a better place after half a day driving. Pool, SPA, good food at the restaurant - all in one place to relax and recharge! Isolated location around the hotel makes it even more exclusive Not far from there (3min walk) one can find a little supermarket
