The whole area is dark. In the evening/night it is hard to find a reception and the signs are misleading. The beds in the single rooms are really small. Some people can be disappointed in the horse smell in some of the areas.

Very nice hotel with a big parking. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but I consider that to be an advantage. The breakfast was nice.

Lovely, moderately priced castle and spa retreat. We came here as a stopover on our way to the Baltic, just one night, The extensive grounds - Japanese Gardens - and the beautiful surroundings would warrant much more exploring (you could rent a horse from their stables) ... but just after Christmas, the sun setting around 3 pm, we made mainly use of the real nice SPA and pool area and dined at the fine restaurant in the old distillery.

Noisy neighbours one night - but that can happen everywhere.

Price # 1: Very seldom one will find such friendly staff like in this hotel. It starts with workers fixing something on the huge property and ends with SPA, restaurant and reception. Good vibes are being spread in this hotel! Price #2: restaurant - the food and the wine. Both delicious. Diverse, unique combination of ingredients also from palace's own garden and winery. I loved the vegan dishes! Price #3: Breakfast, room, facilities and SPA - all deserve truly 5 stairs PLUS.

I think the bathroom could be better. The shower is small and the shower head average. Just doesn’t match up to the rest of the place. A few simpler options on the kids menu would be good.

Room is small, fridge didn't work, floor in the bathroom needs some renovation. A bit too expensive in comparison to the room quality.

For a hotel that brags on its booking page that it can cater to guests in four languages, only the restaurant staff were able to communicate in some language other than polish. This was disappointing as it meant that most of the activities/facilities were unavailable to us as we just could not get any information on how they worked/how to book etc. The breakfast was also one of the worst i have experienced, I would recommend for them to scale back and focus on quality, instead of the variety.

Ok - where to start. The room had no air conditioning, and the staff did not deem it worth mentioning. Apparently some rooms have it and some don’t and it’s blind luck if you get it - but not worth flagging on check in and with us being out all day there was no option to swap the room later. And without aircon, in August, good luck falling sleep. No chance. The bathrooms are outdated, mine was also disabled bathroom with a broken shower rail, all terrible looking. Then there’s the beds. 60cm wide, old broken mattress, seriously this is not ok. You go to hotels to rest, not to get your back broken and your body boilt sous vide. Zero remorse from check in desks to my complaints. And value for money? There’s guest houses in vineyards nearby where you can pay 150-200 per night (50% or 33% less) and sure, they don’t have aircon too, but they have human-sized beds with mattresses - and cooling fans this hotel forgot exist.
