Some places were dirty and not cleaned properly. The previous guest had a dog, and there was dog hair everywhere. The couch was covered in dog hair, I did not want to sit on it.

It was a nice location that offered plenty of amenities. Private for couples and large and comfy. Great value for the space.

Great apartment in a fantastic location! The place is beautifully furnished and well-equipped, making the stay very comfortable. However, getting the keys felt like a scene from Squid Game, or at the very least, an escape room challenge. A simple key box in front of the building would make the process so much easier.

The reception is far away and difficult to find. There is no sign of Oxygen residence at the reception. Not easy to understand what to look. Insufficient number of toilet paper, no paper towels at the kitchen. Shower cabin is too small comparing to bedroom overall.

I don’t like the safety deposit thing of 100 PLN that you have to pay after arrival. For one, you should clarify that debit cards are also accepted to pay with (I was stressing about it because the property stated only credit cards are accepted). For two, it should be highlighted on the site in big bold letters or included in the price of the apartment. Based on other reviews, some people don’t get their deposit back, but I hope I get mine back. Other than that, pretty good.

I think the room was pretty and prepared well, although you can see that it’s been used (little holes in small spots, small cracks in certain spots of the wall, nothing that is like "bang! terrible", but if you have a critical eye you’ll see what I’m talking about. It’s normal though. I’ve been here for one night and it is overall pretty good, it's nothing all too terrible although for what the price is (including the deposit), it could be worked on and made better.

Noise, on Sunday early morning in the room next to mine (also belonging to the same company) there were cleaning happening which was very noisy and disturbing. They did not care that it was early morning and there're guests in other rooms.

1. Apartment: is good, there is everything that u need. Is not the most modern one but you get what you are paying for. 2. the apartment needs some deep cleaning, it was not dirty, but you feel that furniture was used a lot and is lil bit old 3. location is perfect, a lot of new buildings with cafes and food spots there. Tram nearby.

There weren't address of administration where I had to collect the key. It was just described as Tower A without exact address. I spent a half of hour asking people around residence "where is the administration and Tower A". It turned out to be in 500 m in another street. And I had to go with my bags there to collect the key. I was trying to call but nobody answered.

Pillows were a little too hard/bulky. No salt or oil for a quick fix in the kitchen.

Ubication is ideal, right next to two restauration areas (Fabryka Norblina and Browary Warszawskie) and public transportation. Kitchen, room and bathroom nice, clean and well equipped.

Reception is not in the same building, hard to find if you are not local. Nobody picked up the phone. Dificult to find the apartment. Pilows too big and bed wasn't comfortable.
