Tried to have dinner twice at the hotels restaurant, but gave up both times after waiting 10-15 minutes without finding the restaurant host(ess) to help seat me at a table.

This hotel is nice, and it has a large parking area which I found really helpful having spent some time in Olsztyn staying in places where the parking was sometimes difficult.

A bit far from the city centre but if you like to walk it is still reachable. I considered it a bit overpriced but probably due to closeness to the beach.

The one thing that kept me up at night was the noise from the hallway and other guests. It seems the doors are very thin or the walls don’t block sound well. I stayed on a Saturday, and guests were coming and going until 3 a.m.—unfortunately, many weren’t quiet, and I was woken up several times.

The hotel is in a great location, set away from the city center and close to the lake. It offers volleyball facilities, a restaurant and bar on the lower level, and a backyard with lounge chairs perfect for relaxing.

The mattress was a bit worn down and walls/doors seemed rather thin so you could hear people talking rather well in the room. The big street on one side of the hotel was rather loud also during the night.

Very helpful friendly staff. Beautiful location with nice views from breakfast room and terrace onto lake. Close to Olsztyn old town easy reachable with bike or public transport. Good breakfast and dinner buffet.

You could hear people in the corridor through the air vents, not just muffled but word for word.

Bed was woeful. Old box-springs where you could feel every spring. The first priority of a hotel should be a good night's sleep. The room was a bit worn out, no bedside table on one side of the bed, floor in the bathroom was horribly cold.

The hotel is situated nicely on the beach with a lovely boardwalk. The food was good and the service pleasant. They welcomed our dog.

The mattress was awful, trampoline-type: every time one person moves, the other one jumps. The walls were dirty and had a lot of holes and scratches. There is no shampoo nor conditioner in the bathroom, just a cheap soap. We were waiting 30 minutes to order in the hotel restaurant and then another 40 to just get a soup, had to give up on the main course. We were informed about the parking fee after we booked with no refund option. The breakfast wasn’t bad but below average for the price - leaky scrambled eggs, one of two coffee machines was broken so we had to wait in a long line to get a coffee, fake juices, at 9:20 there was almost nothing left.
