The hotel requires a littel bit of refreshment. But rooms are clean. The restaurant offers very good food - big variety of east polish cusines.

The only minor drawback we noted was the placement of power outlets, which weren't always in the most convenient locations.

the hotel is beside tram station. There are not restaurants or shops near it, the distance from hotel to city center is 3-4KM. Rooms are quite and clear. Showering room is too small. Breakfast is very good.

I initially was put in a bigger room, but the wall was paper thin and it sounded like the man in the room next door was talking in my room. The lovely staff member gave me another room and I had the best night's sleep ever! At least 8 hours sleep or more undisturbed. I also would have preferred a kettle in the room. Fancy glass bottled water was provided, but I like to drink a lot of water before bed and in general, so for my personal preference, I would have wanted a 2 litre bottle or a kettle so I could have made multiple cups of tea from boiling the bathroom tap water. That said, the bottled water was high quality and very nicely displayed which felt fancy and was nice. I would have liked some gluten free bread on offer for the breakfast ideally. The outside of the hotel is not as beautiful as the interior so you feel like you are stepping into this amazing hidden place.

I loved the romantic bohemian style decor with chandeliers and plush velvet rococo style sofas and big drapes covering the entrances to private dining booths in the restaurant. I thought the breakfast buffet was stunning and exceptional and really had a lot more than the typical choices. It was like a tasting menu of all these lovingly prepared savoury dishes such as home made quiches, omelettes with cream, beautiful sweet things, meats, eggs, vegetables, yogurts, fruit salads. The staff member took my order the night before even though it was a buffet which gave it a personalised feel and made me feel like I could have my favourite breakfast in the morning. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep straight away and woke up a bit later than planned, but I got the best rest I'd had in three nights. I had been disturbed in other places at night but this hotel was quiet and restful and relaxed.The lovely staff member offered to cook things if I showed her recipes online to help with my dietary requirements, which to me was an exceptional way to treat a hotel guest. Thank you. I also very much appreciated this staff member speaking so much English, unlike many places I went in Poland. I only stayed for one night but I would love to go back and relax there and enjoy it for longer. Maybe next time!

place is old, tired and in need of modernisation, I asked for a fan as the rooms were very hot, the hotel only had one that was broken, walls and ceilings in room 3 had large water marks where there had been a leak, no kettle to make tea, place felt dark and uninterested.

the staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable, hotel laid on a good breakfast spread.
