Great location (directly on a bicycle path, 15 minutes walk to the main square, Lidl/Rossmann just next door), possibility to lock bicycles in a garage, great breakfasts, sauna/whirlpool, beautiful view, a lot of parking lots, one of the cheapest beer in the hotel restaurant :)

Hard to find things which we did not like. Only small problem - Reception is on the back with not clear signs, but if you enter restaurant they will tell you how to get there.

The radiator should be a little hotter. But don't worry, we weren't in the room all day. :-)

Good location, easily accessible, clean, comfortable room. WiFi works great. The receptionist is cute and helpful. You can have breakfast and dinner locally in a restaurant, but they are expensive. My wife left my leather pants, and we agreed, we paid, it was mailed, and it arrived. Well, we are very grateful, I highly recommend it to everyone.

When you close the curtains, half the window is open. The curtains were too long and were lying on the floor. Also please add the possible photos of the triple room description. The room we had was really good, but totally not the one I saw on pictures.

Our room was triple room. The size of room was pretty big. The beds were comfy. The view is beautiful. The bathroom is really nice with rain shower. The breakfast is really impressive with many varieties of food. There was possibility to have breakfast on balcony in the morning sun, so it is additional bonus, of course. Very kind and communicative host. The arrival to the place in the deep night was little bit tricky due to road closures. You must check with navigation for your turn. The next day in the sunlight it was very easy to find the place.

Great breakfast, great food in general. Even if you don`t sleep there, it`s worth visiting the place for lunch or dinner. Very friendly and competent staff. Smiling, helpful, friendly. A great team to make you you feel a welcome guest.

Very big and spacious room with closet and desk. Big windows with plenty of sunlight and Mountain View. Kettle and water available. Good beds. Very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast and amazing food at the restaurant. But there was one thing we didn’t like- paperthin walls and so noisy. We could not only hear our next door neighbour but the other apartments too. Some were partying to 2am, and some other was fighting. We had a day of driving in front of us so it was very hard to sleep. There is no AC so you must open the windows if you need air, but again, people standing outside, talking and smoking to 2am. And understand me right- it’s not hotel’s fault that people want to party, it’s holidays but rooms could be soundproof and with ac. And other one thing we didn’t like was shower, the floor was flat and water was running all over the bathroom if you took a shower. So had to use one of the towels after every shower; the foot mat was too small. I don’t know how often there is cleaning, we stayed two nights but didn’t get new towels. I could surely ask. but overall so pretty and nice, robot working at the restaurant was cool. and there was parking, but full but the staff found us a place.

Some noises from neighbouring rooms and downstairs restaurant were clearly audible until small hours! A small fridge to keep water/drinks cool would be nice.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Great location for walks and close to shops. Friendly staff.

The room was a bit cold but the staff helped me promptly.

The location is very good, everything is in reach, there is a walking path next to the river that leads to the big park. The staff is so helpful and kind, very flexible. Our room was cold but they brought us a radiator which made the whole situation so much better. The restaurant is phenomenal. Please try żurek and pierogi. Good breakfast and very tasty pizza. I felt secure during my stay. The hotel is also very beautiful. The price also seemed reasonable.

Equipment of the room a bit worn-out or even broken Mattresses not very comfortable (Ok for 1-2 nights) The room is OK for short stay and not very demanding guests Missing soap in dush, missing small towels I´d guess room temperature was like 19 degrees. When they have saturday party hotel guests are allowed to stay on the balcony up to 18:00 , and food are very limited at this time.

It was excellent time over here, close to city center, shops and spa. Staff have been lovely. Cozy rooms, high standards of decor. Tasty food in the restaurant.
