In an email was told we could get our room at 1pm for extra charge was happy with this but arriving at 12.30pm was told this was not possible very annoyed at this as we had been up sine 5and travelling all morning staff were not very helpful when I showed them a email from the hotel and I was told this was not always possible even though the email stated it was confirmed

- Long waiting time for the elevator. It was often full, so we used the stairs instead - Activity information was only available in the local language, not in English - Reception staff could be more service-minded, positive, and knowledgeable - Breakfast was overpriced - The weather wasn’t great, so we only had two days at the beach - Unstable water temperature in the shower — it switched from hot to cold during a single shower. When turning up the heat, it became extremely hot

The only think we didn’t like is the way to the pool . The way is through gym, changing room when you see naked people on your way.

The restaurant is overpriced and do yourself a favor and steer away from that food, it was unfortunately very bad. Breakfast was great, the lunch was cooked by someone that lacked time, energy and love for food.

Playroom for the kids, located close to the beach, perfect swimmingpool for the kids and a well equipped gym. Room was comfortable and great size for us. Resort style so you can easily stay here for 2-3 nights with kids and you'll have activities close by. Breakfast was great!

One morning we had a hard time finding a table for breakfast. There was some kind of convention. I felt like there should have been tables reserved for hotel guests and or other facilities open to the convention guests. Once they finished eating they stood around talking in the breakfast area and it was difficult to get through etc.

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, well maintained. Restaurant in site. Clean. Walking distance to beach. Great place for a family stay. Delicious breakfast. Parking.

Literally the only gripe we had was not being allowed tap water with our meal in the restaurant on the last day. It was a bit confusing that if we’d brought the water jug from our room, we could have had it filled with water at the bar, but they wouldn’t give us a glass of water with our meal. Don’t let that put you off though- it’s the loveliest hotel I’ve been to as a family. Definitely 4 star standard!

The hotel should be 4 star, not 3 star! I did ask staff about this and apparently it’s due to the size/ layout of the car park. Everything else is outstanding. We stayed there with our toddler and there was so much to do. The indoor play area has lots more things in than on the website photos. The beach is on the doorstep, and there are several outdoor play areas just a little walk away. I was impressed that the restaurant had a lovely healthy meal of salmon, steamed veg and rice, as well as pasta, so that my little one could have a good meal instead of burger and chips. The staff were all great. The breakfast was delicious- a good variety of stuff. The spa and swimming pool were lovely too - several saunas and a steam room, and the pool has a huge shallow section perfect for a toddler. I’d recommend this hotel in a heartbeat- and hope to return one day too!

Breakfast was excellent. The location is near to the beach. The facilities are quite good and the people in the hotel were very nice. We will comeback to the same hotel if we choose Gdansk for the holidays.

We checked a few times, but steam rooms were never working. The space for kids entertainment is not very well organized. There was a conflict when the kids were watching a movie (evening cinema for children), and someone wanted to play table tennis at the same time (the table is in the same room!), so they just turned on the lights to play, and you could hardly see anything on the screen anymore.

Perfect location (close to the beach, bus stop, park with some attractions for kids, cafes), clean rooms, great breakfast. Indoor and outdoor facilities for kids. The family can be entertained in any weather.
