Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

KuwaitBathrooms are with semi- transparent glass doors which may not be comfortable with some guests. Few staff members are very conservative in taking & smiling with international guests
1- location - central location . Walking distance to city attractions. Very close to main train station & bus stop of Zakopane. Lots of restaurants and shops and cafes nearby. 2- Room - very spacious with smart setup & furniture & balconies. 3- Breakfast- rich with lots of food and choices with wide indoor dining hall and pleasant outdoor tables. 4- Staff- most of them friendly yet professional employees. Special thanks to Mr (Pawel & Mathus ) whom are welling to go the extra mile to make the hotel guest more comfortable and happier. 5- parking lot- very wide and spacious indoor/ outdoor parking spaces against acceptable minimum charges

We are deeply grateful to the hotel for their incredible hospitality. We traveled with our small dog, and were warmly welcomed with a special package just for him: water, treats, a toy, a bed, and even recommendations for dog-friendly hikes. Unfortunately, a serious incident occurred: our little dog swallowed a sock, which can be very dangerous for small breeds. The hotel reception helped us as if it were their own dog, they arranged a taxi, found an open vet on a holiday Saturday, and supported us every step of the way. Thanks to their help, our dog received care in time and is now doing well. The hotel itself is fantastic clean, with a 10/10 breakfast and a wellness area that’s also 10/10. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts! <3 :)
