Clean, enough space, good bed and woman at the reception who fixed a critical issue

Difficult to find the entrance. Need to ask to someone to open to access. The self registration which is extremely cumbersome. The computer attributing a room which was unacceptable to me A118 - smelling extremely bad - extremely badly located - impossible to open the window - the air conditioner spitting out dust. Nevertheless the woman at the reception fixed the issue by finding another room B110 which we appreciated much more.

It's a very nice place. Interesting vibe. Minimalistic style. The apartment is located near the old town. The apartment has everything you need. It's clean.:)

It's very noisy all around.

The location was 10/10, extremely close to the city center (5 mins walking), within a new building complex, and a great neighborhood. They also included some indoor activities (foosball, snooker) for rainy days. Really recommend this location for anyone visiting Gdansk.

The A/C in the room and in the building died for a couple of days, but the staff told us it's a known issue and they're working on it, so I'm sure it's fixed by now.

Excellent location (5 mins walk to old town), spotlessly clean and great amenities (private kitchen, private bathroom, balcony, air-conditioning, wifi and comfortable bed). Staff were great. Fabulous value for money.

A very new building, clean and new rooms. Great concept of the accommodation with free gym, kitchen, living room, lounge, kicker, books, tv, comfy laundry room. Comfortable bed. Very central location. About 10 minutes walk away from old town attractions.

The room, the gym, and the entire vibe

The window is not soundproof enough, Had to put up with noise from the outside during the night. Also, some signs are misleading… I actually did not find the so-called “restaurant”in the hotel.

The property is just a 5-minute walk from Gdańsk Old Town. The building is new and modern, with suites that are tastefully designed, very clean, and fully equipped — including kitchens ideal for both short and long stays. The automated self-check-in process was smooth and convenient.

My studio did not have a TV, which I would have appreciated during my stay. I brought my laptop and therefore, this was not entirely inconvenient.

Overall everything is fine, the room was equipped as expected.

Location,staff,facilities.

I was staying in the apartment A120 for one person from Sunday to Saturday. I appreciated that I can do check-in and check out myself. My other questions and breakfast orders were handled through WhatsApp, which was very convenient for me. The staff on WA was also very friendly. The distance from the city center is fine. The apartment was very well equipped and completely clean. Good air-co. The windows were facing a busy road, but when closed, it was silent. Sauna and gym in the building are great. There are also more common rooms to use, but I didn't need them. I had breakfast included, which was delivered every morning to my door. You can borrow a bicycle for free.

There could be a paper towel roll in the apartment kitchen. When you are in the sauna, the light in the shower room turns off after about 7 minutes and you are in the dark unless you walk back there. The sand clock in sauna is also unreliable - the sand gets stuck. The breakfast, eventhough tasty and good quality, is more or less the same eventhough there are 4 different options, so it would be nice to have more variability.
