The window is not soundproof enough, Had to put up with noise from the outside during the night. Also, some signs are misleading… I actually did not find the so-called “restaurant”in the hotel.

My studio did not have a TV, which I would have appreciated during my stay. I brought my laptop and therefore, this was not entirely inconvenient.

The property is just a 5-minute walk from Gdańsk Old Town. The building is new and modern, with suites that are tastefully designed, very clean, and fully equipped — including kitchens ideal for both short and long stays. The automated self-check-in process was smooth and convenient.

There could be a paper towel roll in the apartment kitchen. When you are in the sauna, the light in the shower room turns off after about 7 minutes and you are in the dark unless you walk back there. The sand clock in sauna is also unreliable - the sand gets stuck. The breakfast, eventhough tasty and good quality, is more or less the same eventhough there are 4 different options, so it would be nice to have more variability.

I was staying in the apartment A120 for one person from Sunday to Saturday. I appreciated that I can do check-in and check out myself. My other questions and breakfast orders were handled through WhatsApp, which was very convenient for me. The staff on WA was also very friendly. The distance from the city center is fine. The apartment was very well equipped and completely clean. Good air-co. The windows were facing a busy road, but when closed, it was silent. Sauna and gym in the building are great. There are also more common rooms to use, but I didn't need them. I had breakfast included, which was delivered every morning to my door. You can borrow a bicycle for free.

The bed for two people was only accessible from one side, so one person had to climb over the other, even though there was space to arrange it differently. Also, in such a tight room, the chairs with diagonal legs made me hit my toes several times.

The property was excellent – I loved the beautiful design, the thoughtful setup with laundry room, chill rooms, sauna, gym, and shared kitchen. Everything felt modern, comfortable, and well-organized.

Amazing location with every comfort. We spent there three nights paying the reasonable amount of 180€ total, which is nice especially compared to other prices for other locations nearby. With prices like that, we'll be certainly very willing to book again next time (and the time after that). Absolutely recommend.

The AC could not be turned off in the bedroom and it was very loud and annoying during the night. We stayed in a retro spaceous apartment and although it had everything we needed even for longer stays the space missed some kind of warmth and coziness. Some kind of writing on the bulidings or signs pointing to the main building with check in would be helpful.

Location is very good, 5 min walk from the old town, its was very clean, free bikes for rental, free laundry, very polite and helpful staff, a lot of extra activites provided in the building - all in all a good value for money.

- even if the room was for 2 people we got only one cover which was way too small - we payed extra for a separate bedroom and not studio but honestly it was unnecessary because the "bedroom" had just space for bed and the size of the apartment was really small. - No side tables next to bed - we had breakfast included in the room and it was nice to get it delivered to the door but I would never pay 60zl for it, not worth it

One small minus, I guess, is that there's no restaurant where you can have a fresh breakfast, but the breakfast can be delivered to your door in the morning for an additional price of 60 Zlt. The staff, I think, could have been more attentive and smart about bike rent rules and procedure... but they fixed it quite fast during my stay. 👍

The apart-hotel is very new (opened just in July of 2025) and offers a great balance between a hotel and appartments. The ONLY thing that they didn't seem to figure out was "bike-renting" and the rules were changing couple of times that I was there. Hope, they will figure it out and come up with clear and easy to understand rules of how to rent a bike. (it was free for all the guests, when I was staying there, but there are a limited # of bikes and you need to be the first one to get those in the morning) An interesting surprise was that there is a co-working space, "Movie and games" room, sauna, gym - everything available for the guests. That was VERY USEFUL for me - hope it stays included in the price (which makes their offer very attractive)

Soap and body wash was filled only on arrival and lasted for two days. On consecutive days it was not filled. Also, there was a weird smell in the room (maybe previous visitor had a pet?). Suggestion: TVs in the rooms would be great.
