Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LatviaVery loud housekeeper in the morning (~07:30), we wanted to sleep in after long drive.. and see through bathroom doors without lock. Who thought that would be good idea? :D and I think parking should be included, not extra charge.

The hotel is close to the motorway, but it is convenient if you go to Gdansk. For Warshaw, it is not close to the autostrada (though the connecting roads that lead you back to the road are quite good). Comfortable, clean hotel. Nice staff.

We stayed here for the second time already and did not regret it. When passing Lomza and in need of overnight stay, don't look any further. Staff is always super polite and helpful, late arrival never a problem. Close to major road, which is great for access, but very quiet at night. Quite a spacious parking lot. Rooms are minimalist, but cosy with comfy beds, good shower with toiletries. There is also a mini fridge

NorwayMy first stay with a dog, while it is pet friendly the fee was 60PLN for each day, gets quite pricey when parking fee and breakfast is added, compared to other options when you stay over for a couple of nights. Even when daily room service isn't needed.
Location and availability. My go-to hotel when visiting family in Łódź. Plenty of parking space, spacious and tall rooms.

PolandI hope the fee for dog is expressly written before booking. Carpets need some cleaning. Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear people from other rooms esp children running in the corridors.
I like that it is modern and stylish. I like that it is pet friendly. Spacious parking. Nice resto. Free welcome drinks. Overall its a pleasant experience.

PolandThe staff at the hotel were exceptional. Everyone, from the manager to the front desk attendants to the wait staff in the dining room, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was a problem--they did everything possible to make us feel like valued guests. The room we had was large and comfortable, and it was very clean. Breakfast was good as well. The hotel was good value for money, and I would stay again.
