Loved the location. It was so beautiful and cozy. Breakfast was good, we were only there for two nights, but breakfast was slightly different every morning. Staff were very friendly and the rooms very comfortable

I had an absolutely fabulous stay! The place was impeccably clean, cosy, and warm, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved that hot drinks were available all the time – such a nice touch! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Very peaceful and friendly place, very different from other apartments like this in the best possible way. We found it really nice, that in the common space there were always little cakes and fruits for guests, along with tea, coffee and board games. The place is just like on the picture, super clean and new with warm and cozy vibes both during the day and at night. We would come back here anytime without hesitation.

Our mattress was very soft and wasn't anyhow fixed in the bed frame, so it sometimes moved on the side if you slipped in the gap between them. In my opinion, the comfort of the bed didn't match the comfort of the rest of the house, but it might be only my opinion as I am not used to sleeping on thin soft mattresses but rather firm with higher profile. Even though I slept very well.

I appreciated everything in the residence. The building's interior was very cosy and cute. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety to choose from. It was all very clean.

The stunning view of the hotel and from the windows of the hotel for the lovely garden (November) we saw the snowy day, the sunny day, the cloudy day ans the clear day with stars at night, in each day the garden trees has its beauty, also we could hear the water sound, there is a river branch that is not visible though.. Decoration of the hotel is so exceptionally amazing, so much details in there Very warm sitting and lovely breakfast you feel like at home with light music on We liked it to the extent that we ignored any missings. The hotel is excellent for couples, we had a car, parking is easy, so for us location was not a matter The staff are friendly, the lady who helped us throughout was so kind and nice We defenitely would love to come again

I honestly can't think of anything I'd change.

We couldn't be more satisfied with our stay at Niedźwiedzia Residence! The location was absolutely perfect—nestled in nature, yet still close enough to all the main points of interest. It struck the ideal balance between seclusion and convenience. Our room (Leśniczówka) was great, with a design that perfectly blended comfort and style. We also loved the dining area, which made each breakfast feel special. Every morning, we enjoyed a slightly different variety of delicious local products such as cheese, eggs, ham and salads, as well as some warm buffet selection and sweet treats. A special mention must go to the homemade pierogi. The option to order them for dinner was a really nice touch, because most good restaurants were quite far to comfortably walk to and back. Throughout the day, there was a possibility to enjoy coffee or tea in the common area, which was convenient since there wasn't a kettle in the room. What's more, there was a small fridge, which made it easy to store snacks and drinks during our stay. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and local charm.

There was no reading light next to bed, but when asked for it, a small lamp has been provided. I stayed for 3 nights and my room was not cleaned during my stay.

The place is extremely quiet. The house is located close to the main road in Poronin but not too close so you won't hear the traffic. The nearest bus stop that will take you to Zakopane, Bukowina Tatrzanska (termy), Murzasihle (cost PLN 5 - 6 one way) is less than 5 minutes walk away. Breakfasts are very good. The owner was extremely nice and offered to give me a lift to Zakopane where I stayed next. Overall a beautiful place, perfect for people wanting to relax or for couples for a romantic gateway.... Would recommend.

It is a bit uncomfortable that the staffs don't speak english. However if you check the website of the hotel, you can't find and english version either, so it is not as a big suprise. There is no restaurant in the hotel. You can have dinner, but just pierogi. However it is delicious, it was just a suprise for us. As far as the rooms are concerned, they are perfect! One thing: the pillows could have been bigger but it is not a big deal. One thing was a bit hard for us: in winter you can't walk around easily in the city, there is no path for footgängers. All in all, I can say, that this place is perfect and amazing! I can recommend it!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is purely amazing, just like in the photos. Our room was quiet and the view from the window in winter is wonderful. You feel like your are in a true winter wonderland. The breakfast is excellent, staffs are super friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Niedzwiedzia Residence has truly exceeded my expectations! The place is gorgeous - the decor is beautiful; from the rooms to the shared space/ guest lounge. Everything is super clean, the space is warm and cosy. The staff is fantastic - they make you feel right at home and are super accommodating. Breakfast is a feast, everything is super fresh and homemade - throughout the day the lounge provides fruit and cakes and beverages for guests too. The wonders are lovely too - I'm vegan and GF; they've gone above and beyond to accommodate my dietary requirements. Location is perfect - far from the crowdedness of Zakopane yet just a short drive away. I will be back for sure!

Unfortunately, we got the room next to the breakfast/sitting area, so it was very noisy in the morning.

Beautiful place with very pleasant host and very good breakfast. Nice garden area and we really enjoyed having a bath in the room.

The doors are not sound proof at all, we had a room on the first floor and heard everything what was going on in the lobby/living room or when someone was walking around in the house. An improvement idea would be to add sunlight blocking curtains to the room.

It is beautiful and cozy atmosphere with character, we did enjoy it a lot. Breakfast was tasty and room was very clean.
