Room has a very dark brown carpet with some stain spots on it, shower curtain was old with soap scum on the bottom and shower is missing a shelf to put a soap, shampoo etc.

Krakow was our stop after tatra mountains, so we were tired, we glad we stop at this hotel to relax on the road trip, they had everything we needed: +clean rooms with service and equipment +comfortable bed +considering city centre private & public parking right front of hotel, i had long sedan & newby driver, private parking entrance a bit scared me so i went with public parking +we had 1 hour sauna & massage for couples, satisfied +elevator +location: 5 - 10 min walk from castle&old town and hotel is next to the river yet still you can consider hotel area as quiet +We didnt have breakfast included so we paid at morning but it was worth it, good options

The hotel is not 5 star, more like an average to low 4 star. Breakfast buffet was very simple, not what someone would expect of a 5 star hotel. Rooms were decent, but rather outdated. Shower didn't close anymore. Beds are rather soft.

It was all like advertised ! Price has been significantly reduced to compensate for the construction work in the north side street. I've got good guidance how to approach the hotel despite "road closed" signs. Despite some traffic inconvenience the price more than compensated the trouble. Also, the construction works didn't bother me at all. Quite the contrary, due to road closure, the nights have been very quiet. Staff very kind, friendly, helping. Breakfast very good, fresh organic food as usual in Europe.

Firm beds, and street construction & roadways (but that cannot be helped as progress must take place).

Very friendly helpful staff. On arrival, the reception staff greeted us and gave us a very good overview of the city tourist attractions and surrounding area. We were within walking distance (along the vibrant Vistula river) from the main city market square. Breakfast menu offered many choices and the staff were super friendly and efficient. So was Italian pizza restaurant connected with hotel. The spa /sauna /roman steam bath was terrific once we tried it. Sadly, we didn’t take the time to enjoy this complimentary experience more. We recommend this experience from day 1 of your stay! The bicycle hire was also well priced and a good experience. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this hotel. Thank you kindly.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Walk-in shower in bathroom was good. Very handy location for the old city and castle, just a 15 minute walk along the riverbank from the hotel. Food was very good, dinner was excellent! Lovely having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful river. Hotel was just a 25min drive away from the airport, quick and easy and very cheap by taxi.

Breakfast was early and it is so nice. All the food they prepared were good. Location is a bit far from the city center but if you want a peaceful environment, the location is for you. All their facilities were nice and in good condition even the rooms. Highly recommended to stay here. Staffs were also nice.

My road was road side and it was currently closed off for major road works and the 1 day we didn’t have to get up early… the road works started at 6:30am! If I had of been pre warned I would have paid extra for a room on the other side, especially as the hotel wasn’t overly busy. I had enquired about moving rooms before arriving so we had a river view and I wish they had of informed me

Nothing negative to point out really. It was standard and good fare.

The hotel has an excellent location right on the river Vistula. And rather than cab it to the city centre, it is better to just walk it down there along the river bank where there is a jogging track. Rooms were clean and immaculate. Spa was also upto standards and the staff were warm and welcoming all throughout the hotel. No complaints about anything really. As expected.
