We stayed in a spacious and cozy room that felt very comfortable. The room was clean, with a large wardrobe, a kettle with tea/coffee, and bottled water provided. I really appreciated the bathroom amenities – the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and body lotion all had pleasant scents, and there was also a hairdryer available. The location is excellent – right in the city center, with a Biedronka supermarket across the street and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice but it was weird not to be greeted by the reception team when entering or leaving the hotel lobby, we always said “hello” first, they were too busy to say hi first… but it is just an observation, not a problem.

The furniture of the hotel is outdated and some are little damaged

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at! I arrived very late after a terrible experience with Booking.com, and from the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with incredible kindness and professionalism. What impressed me the most was the team — they went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable despite the late hour. The room was spotless and cozy, and the location was very convenient. They even allowed me to check out much later than usual, which I really appreciated. I truly valued the warm and attentive service. I highly recommend HN Poznan and will definitely stay here again!

Big room, clean and comfortable, great location. Spa (finnish sauna and steam room) was included, however the spa spaces were quite hot even outside the sauna and the steam room was a little too hot.

You have to take your own luggage up to your room. But it seems no one does that service any longer.

Location is excellent. It's a very nice and clean hotel with a good staff. We used NH in Madrid also.

Super minor issue if I really wanna nitpick: it could've been a bit brighter inside

The pillow were too soft and was only given one. But got an extra upon request. Standard Double room with extra bed on the cozier side for 3 adults. Disapponted that there was no bathtub (room detail on booking says bath tub with photos showing one too)

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, always happy to assist and answer any questions. It has a great location- only 10-15 min walk to Old Market Square. Tram line is just outside with some tram route stop just a min away. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel too. The room and hotel is clean. Impressed that they have a system you can use through your smart phone where where you are able to access everything you need- requests, questions, etc. Breakfast Buffet offered a variety of choices.

I think that the conditions in the hotel are very good, the food is delicious. but the price per day in the middle of the week is a bit too high. I do not like the necessity of paying extra for parking for a car at such a high price of the stay, considering the fact that the parking is located 700 m from the hotel
