How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We only had time to stay for one day, would have liked to stay much longer.
A very fine place to stay. The restaurant serves very good food and the breakfast is just out of this world. Very nice very impressed and definitely coming again.

Everything. The property was well located, it was so clean, beautifully decorated. Our room was beautifully designed and the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was huge and beautifully designed. It had everything you needed for a family. The breakfast was delicious and there was such a large variety. The service at the hotel was fantastic and everybody spoke English fluently. The hotel is next to a lovely park with animals and big playground so it’s perfect for smaller kids.

Not significantly, but poor noise insulation.
I liked everything. Stylish and beautiful hotel. The hotel is located near the park. Pleasant employees at the reception, quick check-in. Cozy, clean room, availability of hygiene products, hair dryer. Free parking. The buffet breakfast is incredible. You can get free coffee until 11 o'clock in the afternoon.

No fridge in the studio. It was not marked that there will be a fridge, but we asumed that since we booked a studio, not a double room. Studio is actually larger room with a sofa and very big bathroom. Breakfast was with many nice choices, but not organized very well. It looked like all the food for the entire breakfast duration time was served at once, so when we arrived 30 minutes before the end, almost everything was completelly dry. That was really a pitty, because it was obvious that it could have been delicious. Pool table very very old and damaged a bit with stains, cues without tops (overused).
Bathroom in the studio spacious and very very nice, very spacious room, salmon at the hotel restaurant, very friendly staff. Hotel restaurand is very nice, but they did not have everything which was written in the menu. It is understanable since they did not have a lot of guests. Everything that we had finally for lunch and dinner was delicious and very well presented/served, like in the best restaurants. There are two drawbacks: we were waiting for too long between the started and the main dish (aprox 45 min) and our main dishes arrived with 15 minutes difference (dinner), so we could not eat at the same timeif we wanted to eat warm food. We were only 2 people and there was another table of 2, so I am not sure how it looks with more guests. It is nice that there were possibilities to play pool or bowling.

I was pleased with everything
staff was extremely nice and accommodating to my lack of Polish language. the hotel is well maintained and not from the interstate. near a very nice park.

A view was not good, but it was not important for me for this trip.
A room was really great. I had a stuio and it was very big and nice. Felt like a palace or castle room :) The breakfest was also very nice and delicious.

Low quality of noise canceling in the rooms, you can hear literaly everything from hallway and other rooms. First day receptionist was nice, second day there was different one and she was not so nice and also didnt ask anything especially for feedback from me as a guest. Too expensive for this quality.
