How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was 3 nights stay . Our room was clean . The Staff was friendly . Breakfast was fine. WiFi was Good. Restaurant for dinner was also great. Good location to explore surroundings if U are by car . I would not hesitate to book again

The hotel is good, and what was great that they could arrange the late check in, which is a rare thing in this area.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, and the interior is beautiful. The restaurant staff is excellent, but the menu selection is limited. There are only two dishes for children. However, it's definitely worth visiting because the food is great. :)

The room was very clean and comfortable, with complementary bottled water. There is dedicated space for storage of bikes which was extremely helpful for us. The breakfast was excellent.

There's only one thing I missed while staying there - would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room.
Excellent breakfast, comfortable room, good location close to the Muzakowski Park and only a short distance from Geopark. A very good base for the day trips for a nature lover eager to explore the beautiful forest area.

The young blond waitress and the room had a weird smelled (probably food from the restaurant)
The hotel was nice and the restaurant it’s good, we only have an issue with the young waitress at breakfast, she was super rude.

Only the fact that we had to leave...
It's a very nice hotel very close to Park Muzakowski. Actually the best place to stay if you want to visit the park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us organize the transport to go to Zelona Gora airport for a very reasonable price. The room was tidy, clean and cosy. They also have a wonderful restaurant. Breakfast is lavish and tasty. But what surprised us most was when the last morning we had to leave very early for the airport and got take-away breakfast. Normally, you would expect an inedible sandwich, but we were pleasantly surprised in our packet to find everything, a lot and delicious!!!!! Thank you very much!!!!

Some of the receptionists could be more helpful with the nearby attractions.
A standard room, sufficient for a short stay. Very attentive staff. Fantastic breakfast, like in a 4-star hotel!👏👏

The waiting staff could/should be more alert and customer focused
Breakfast was pretty good. Dinner was nice too. The staff were very distracted in the restaurant- we had to go to the bar numerous occasions to ask for drinks and even the bill! Room was very nice. Bathroom was good too. Air con was very good and welcome. Car park is uncovered and not secured but was large and easy to use.

Low Ceiling overhead bed makes it easy to bump your head. Bathrooms have no ventilation.
Fantastic hotel restaurant, tons of free parking and decently sized rooms.

Room's a bit dirty, spots on the sheet and hair in the drawer. Bug on the curtain.
Rooms are very comfortable, nice looking. Very quiet even tho the location is very urban. Breakfast was delicious. Restaurant staff was very friendly
