We were surprised when arrived that we had to pay for the pool (35pln/person/hour!), and for the aircon too if we wanted to use it. None of these were on the booking.com site. On the website the aircon was included in the room Contacted the customer service, promised to reply within 24 hours, and still haven't received anything after days. Very-very disappointing encounter.

Great location near the city and salt mine. Comfortable beds. Nice size room and bathroom. Kettle and small fridge work well. Easy to check in and park. Nice quiet area.

Pretty much everything was at an additional charge. Some things looked kind of abandoned/not taken care of. The pool ladder was moving, the pool itself wasn't too clean either. The gaming room was in a really bad shape (although it's a plus it was accessible for free).

I liked the variety of things to do, the jacuzzi, the pool, the restaurant, the gaming room, the playground. The staff was always super nice and helpful. The location is great, on the peaceful suburbs but still close to the city center (10 min walk). The food in the restaurant was tasty.

Our room--while amazing--was right next to the bird menagerie. And our cute friends honked, yodeled and crowed all night long. So either a room farther away from the birds or ear plugs would be helpful.

We loved the room and location of the hotel. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of items. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to park right up front. The unique theme was fun.

I have to exterminate a few ants on arrival in our room. The window was closed during hot day, so it was very hot during the first night.

The hotel was clean, same the bathroom and the room. They offered tasty breakfast with reasonable choice of dishes. It was possible to order a tasty dinner in an onsite restaurant. The staff was polite and helpful.

Despite great play area I still think the price per one might was slightly too high (370 zl), especially that breakfast wasn’t included and cost me another 90 zl.

I loved the mini Zoo and play area for children was fantastic.

Really good option if you are looking for a hotel near Krakow. When you enter the room for the first time, it smells of cleanliness. Large room, bathroom in very good condition, delicious breakfast, large parking lot. A lot of children entertainment and a pool for extra money. I would definitely like to return.

The restaurant is open only until 8 pm which was a little bit of an issue when arriving late with a child. But, since the place is very close to the city, you can order pizza delivery.

Great location, just 1+ km from Wieliczka salt mines. Loved the fact that you are not stranded in hotel room, rather have a beautiful garden to relax in right outside the room. There are plenty of tables in the garden, beautifully landscaped and lit. Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled and fried eggs, boiled and fried sausages, vegetables, breads, pancakes etc. Great parking, steps away from rooms.

Location was a bit far from the train station iand salt mine. You needed to catch a taxi to get to it. They serve a breakfast, but it was rather expensive for what you received.. you are kind of a captive audience out there, there aren’t other food options nearby. So they thus can charge you a high price for breakfast.
