Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

PolandEverything was perfect except for breakfast. Either this option shouldn't be offered, or another solution should be found. The breakfast menu at the partner restaurant is inadequate and tasteless. My suggestion for such a beautiful establishment would be to offer a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options.
The building has a modern industrial design. The room is beautifully designed and very clean. The property is located close to the city center and within walking distance of tourist attractions.

United KingdomThe only thing I would say I wasn’t ready for, was that breakfast is provided by one of the restaurants in the food court - the green egg. Don’t get me wrong, breakfast was lovely but I think we expected a traditional buffet style rather than a menu ordered experience. You are given 75ZLT per person, which is about £15 and it’s more than enough. As the name suggests, very egg-based menu - omelette / scrambled eggs / croque Madame although they do have crepes / french toast but theses all come with cottage cheese or mascarpone which really just isn’t my taste. With 150ZLT for our room, a typical order for us was a coffee, 2 freshly squeezed cold drinks, 2 main meals and usually an added extra (bacon). Did not detract from our experience at all and I won’t be scoring it down, but just a heads up that I would say it wouldn’t be much use for a fussy eater (particularly if they don’t like eggs) / children who just want some chocolate cereal or toast. (They do offer chocolate cereal but didn’t have any while we were there). Not sure if they had vegan / egg-free options.
Beautiful property and an easy walk into the old town (15-20 minutes across multiple routes). Was concerned about noise from the food court, but shouldn’t have been - excellent soundproofing, genuinely didn’t hear a thing. We were upgraded on arrival and ended up with a mezzanine room which was spacious and had everything we needed and more. I loved the industrial feel of the place which was retained through really tasteful decor. Reception staff were really helpful and kept our luggage safe before check in and after check out. Their English was incredible, helpfully as my polish is non-existent. Food court had a really nice vibe to it, lively but not too busy. There is security on throughout the day, so feels really safe. I would extend the feeling of safety to the surrounding area and in all honesty to everywhere we went. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I have been absolutely won over and will be travelling back to Poland soon!!

TurkeyWe didn't experience it as we didn't stay for long, but we read at reception that room cleaning and towel changes come at an additional cost. Frankly, if I'd stayed longer, that would have upset me.
The beautiful and functional design, along with the comfort and elegance of every material used, is a major plus. The fact that the nightstands don't have drawers reduces the risk of forgetting items. Having a kitchenette is also a great convenience. We really liked Food Hall, it's great to have such a wide variety of options so close by.

FinlandOne of the beds was in a loft. So be aware of that if you have fear of hights or some disability you cannot climb ladders.
Location is amazing. Walking distance from old town and museums. Food hall with 19 restaurants is in the same building so there is food choices for everyone there. Makes the travelling with a bigger group easy. Also every food we tried was amazing. There is also kiosks for small groceries. Staff was really nice and helpfull.

United KingdomNothing, it was perfection.
The photos look amazing however they still can't do this exceptional building justice. You need to stay here to understand how wonderful it is. The accommodation level is above the food hall yet separated by a sound proof glass floor so you don't hear any noise at all. The rooms themselves are very modern and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deep windowsill and watching the street below! The building interior has been so well designed in an industrial style yet it has a strong sense of calm and warmth. Staff are friendly and helpful too. We enjoyed walking into the city, we found a couple of different routes and all were filled with beauty and sights to see. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the old town, we were with children and they loved the walk too, especially past the Fontanna Heweliusza leading to the Bread Bridge... all stunning!!! We recommend 'Chef Food&Friends' restaurant to eat at it was fantastic. We will definitely find an excuse to stay here again!!

Right in the lobby there are lots of great restaurants and yet the room is absolutely quiet and there is no smell from the food or kitchen.
