Hotel is located closed to the city center (near a busy intersection) We used the hotel as a stopover on a longer journey. It fully met our needs. Tasty breakfast.

Air conditioning didn't work (apparently due to pre-high-season maintenance). This is ok but we should have been informed at the beginning of our stay so we could air the room a bit as it was very hot. Opening windows at night was not an option as hotel is located next to a busy roundabout.

Good value for the money and very close to the city centre. Also the price for the parking was fair. Very good breakfast. Hotel also helped us resolved the problem with booking dates for which we were very grateful. In general still a very good hotel but it needs refurbishment like in some other Mercure or Novotel hotels I've been to many times. Despite issue with AC, we can still recommend it.

Everything was fine - above expectations

A comfortable big hotel well situated just 5 minutes walk from the old town. Excellent front desk/reception. Decent sized room. Very good breakfast.

Tbh not much it's great value for money and a great location. Unfortunately my only low point was the two older female receptionists when we were leaving who were whispering about, looking at and laughing at my little boy who has Down Syndrome. It's not a great look. Perhaps they need some training in that area.

The room was very nice, bathroom a little dated. The breakfast was lovely loads of choice. The staff at the bar and at breakfast were very nice. We ate at the bar and it was very good all the food was great. Great location for the old town. The room was very quiet. We did switch the AC off at night as it was a bit noisy. The guy who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

This is an old hotel from the soviet era, but renovated and refurbished. Sadly, the walls stayed the same - you can hear all the noise from the street and conference area downstairs. We were given a room on the first floor, just above some conference/disco room. The cacophony during the night was unbelievable. Luckily, the lady at the reception desk was able to swap it for a room on the last floor, where the noise was down to almost nothing. Also in terms of bang for the buck, this hotel isn't a good choice.

The staff does a good job to compensate for the shortcomings of the facility and the management. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the old city part.

Elevators felt a bit small. Card lock system could be more responsive. Too little space for personal cosmetics in the bathroom.

Good sized parking with available spaces at a decent prize. Good selection of food at a breakfast buffet. Decent gym facilities available.

Breakfest had the same menu every day. Coffee was week. The bathrooms are old school. The bath has this not stylish courtain to make it a shower. On the floor inline with a door there was something which you could not step on without pain. Rooms were tight

My keycard for my room never worked, and I'd have to get it rescanned at reception every time I went back in my room.

They changed my dates for free when my flight was delayed. I could check in late.

Car parking is a bit limited, we only just found a space even though we arrived quite early in the evening.

Checking into the hotel was really efficient. Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was exceptional and considering they had a coach party the food arrived in good time.
