Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThe pillows could use an update. They were a little threadbare. Possibly a USB outlet would be great in the rooms but there are many in the dining room downstairs
From the moment we stepped into Hotel Marta,we were treated like family! It was just before 22:00 and we were assisted with directions on where to buy something to eat and drink. Upon returning we were again greeted warmly. The room was exceptional! Very much larger than we thought it would be. There was two extra beds for my 9 year old in the lounge area and we had our own separate bedroom. The bath was a treat! The breakfast was very very good. Just like expected from a Polish family. We had fresh towels daily and restocked the water bottles as well as toilet paper. It was a most pleasurable 4 nights stay! Will definitely recommend and book here again!

SlovakiaI wish that noise isolation was better in the room. At 6:30 some loud music woke me up - probably from a phone of a guest in the neighbouring room, but I think it was coming via the corridor and not via the wall. Since then I could not sleep anymore, you can hear a lot of morning noises from the corridor.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. I needed a 1 night to stay on my travel trip. The room was quite large and well equipped, bed quite comfortable, staff was nice. Parking was available and free. Breakfast nice and included in my room price.
