The only thing that we didn't like is the air conditioning unit was quite loud when being used, other than that we loved it.

Location was fantastic, right in city center and withing 20 min leisurely walk to Stary Rynek... apartament was in a new building with secure access and available parking. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Nothing. Just to note, the office closes at 10 pm, so if you have a late flight, you may need to make arrangements to collect the key.

Apartment was clean well equipped and close to the city centre! It was safe behind security gates! You had to go through 2 locked doors in the building before you came to the apt door. Great shopping centre across the road 5-10 min walk which included a supermarket and where you could get trams around the city and the number 80 bus to the airport. If you're staying up to 5 days I would recommend getting a 120 hour travel ticket for 34zl (€8). This allows unlimited travel for 5 days on all the buses and the trams in the city. Marta, the contact person, was very helpful throughout my stay and provided the use of a plug adaptor when the one I brought didn't work.

That there wasn’t a washer in the apartment. Trying to find a place to do Laundry was a bit of a burden throughout my stay.

I love how professional and courteous the staff was to me during my stay. I felt comfortable and safe in the secured property. I’m most appreciative of the parking space that was available to me.

Two items had problems. The towel heater in the bathroom didn't work at all. The air conditioner was too loud to sleep. It has very loud clicks, particularly when cycling off. A final problem, although not the problem of the apartment was that the building next door was being torn down, and the duct from the demolition got everywhere, including in my nose and lungs.

There was no breakfast included. The best part was the location. The Focus Mall is almost across the street and a short trip to work.

The property had everything I wanted. A great location, spacious rooms, onsite parking, a beautiful view of the city and plenty of kitchen ware to cook and live comfortably while on my trip. I will be happy to book this again in the near future.

We didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker provided, however the property manager was able to supply us with one. I'm not sure that would be possible in the future if they had more bookings so I would probably ask in advance before arrival to see if so. It would have been helpful to have a stool or two so my family could sit with us while visiting. The bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible haha we ended up buying some to use instead. Overall these are not deal breakers and the accommodations were excellent, esp for the price.

We stayed in a deluxe unit with an additional seating area. The unit was very clean and well maintained. It had plenty of space for two to be comfortable. The kitchen had most everything you needed. The seating area was nice and allowed our group of 5 to meet up there together to make plans for the day. The building was in a good location and felt very safe. It was quiet and peaceful. It was easy to walk along the water to old town (10 min), and convenient to shops to pick up supplies. The property manager was easy to communicate with and friendly (also spoke English). Excellent value in my opinion. I've had many stays in shabby airbnbs that don't match the descriptions at this point, and this puts them all to shame. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with all you need for comfortable stay! It is located in a secure area, with an exit to the river, just 15 min walk to downtown. There is a shopping center nearby with some shops, supermarket and food court as well! The host was very friendly and helpful! Apart from the fact that I arrived late at the evening, she was waiting for me and gave me detail info about the apartment, place and city transport. I highly recommend the place!

The intercom in the block is inactive, and when you order delivery, you should meet the courier outside of the building. A washing machine would greatly benefit the apartment for those staying for a longer period :)

Marta is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Even though my apartment didn't have a washing machine, she helped me with my laundry. Air conditioning is a wonderful plus. Luckily for me, my apartment also had a microwave. The apartment itself is comfortable enough and has a big sofa.

Mostly the location. It was a gated apartment complex in a nice enough area, but a lengthy walk to town center. Being near town center was important to me. My apartment had a tub rather than a shower which was not what I wanted. It could be used as a shower, but flexible water hose kind of gets in your way - not really long enough and not a great setup for tall people. No access to a clothes washer or dryer. No microwave. Switching to a toaster oven could help mitigate no microwave. Coffee maker would be a nice addition also. I made out OK so all of these items are minor complaints.

Clean apartment with air conditioning, nice furniture, comfortable mattress, and kitchenette that had most of what I wanted: fridge, range, toaster, sink, frying pan, dishes, etc. The Iron & ironing board in hall between 3 apartments was plenty sufficient for my needs. All appliances were in good working order. Owner clearly cares about her guests having a great experience. Communication was good. Price is phenomenal for what you get. I would stay here again.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a microwave essential for long stay. The location is excellent, close to the market square, there's a shopping mall almost across the street and plenty of public transportation nearby. Marta the manager of the propertie is always ready to help.

Nothing much, the place was exactly what I wanted.

I met the host when I arrived, she gave me the keys and explained everything I needed to know. The location was great! It's right on the river, with a nice path to the old town. I love running, so that was very comfortable for me. In addition to that, there are nice food options nearby, to eat in a restaurant, or to shop and cook in the apartment.

Nothing really to dislike but a few items to keep in mind: The apartment faces the road where traffic and trams runs all day. Sometimes if you keep the windows open it might get noisy. In the appartament there's a cooking top but If there was a microwave instead it would have been more useful and practical (e.g. to warm up home delivery food, milk in the morning etc.). Also a washing machine would be a super plus, especially for longer stays.

The appartament is very well located close to the Brda channel and the city center. Marta the manager is very helpful and ready to answer all your questions & requests. There's a coffee maker and a water boiler. The bed is very comfortable. Just across the street there's a Mall with a supermarket and a good food court and cafees.

The apartment is perfectly equipped, with great attention to detail. It is located in a great place in Bydgoszcz. I especially like that the apartment has air conditioning and a washing machine. It is an exceptionally aesthetically decorated place. It is a pleasure to stay here for a few weeks. We are here for the second time and will definitely come back next year during the holidays.
