Pretty room, beautiful wedding place, the restaurant has delicious kitchen, the athmosphere is lovely. Free parking, kind staff. I could use the fitness room and the wellness (which has finn sauna, infrasauna, salt cabin, and jazuzzi all with beautiful lightings) the stuff was helpful with everything.

There was nothing to complain about. this is a airport hotel so not in Krakow Centre, not sure what the travel links into the city were as i headed the other way

friendly staff, really nice hotel rooms and facilities, Breakfast was great. this was a prefect hotel following my flight, easy to find and plenty of parking. quiet area near the airport so no need to worry about noise. breakfast had loads of choice in a nice restaurant, great start to the day

I was coming after midnight and after 10 minutes I had to enter basically through the door service because the receptionist was not available at the moment. The breakfast needs to be improved in a much better way. I didn't like it at all.

the breakfast, although with big choice could have more fresh simple products ( eg. in place of many different vegetables salads simply yogurt) , for people not used to heavy polish breakfast there was a limited choice

That we get 2 single beds in exchange of one queen one but I did agree for that when staff ask about it so no problem at all.

Breakfast was poor nothing was replenished whilst we were there. tables weren’t cleared when guests had finished. And we were there by 8.45 burnt sausage egg cold ? Needs looking into by management

- Rooms were dirty - walls, bathroom and windows - The first day a boy at check in table was unfriendly, just gave us a card and that is it. When I asked more information replied short and seemed annoyed. Comparing to guy working the other day (with glasses) and the lady during our check out who were very nice - no places nearby in walking distance. It is good for short stays, but still I would not come back - the hotel hosts several weddings at the same time so be prepared on weekend you may have difficulties to fall a sleep. - fridge did not work properly

The room was very smelly (cigarette type of smell). We had a room on the side of the building, so also couldn't open the windows as then it would be incredible noisy because of traffic. The breakfast was not what we expected at all. Lot of things were finished and not beging reffilled timely. Also, not much choice, very basic. SPA area was only open from 6PM untill 9PM which was very dissapointing. Especially when sharing with 4 other persons which makes it very uncomfortable. In the evening there's nothing to do. Should be nice if they would improve on creating a lounge/bar type of space instead of restaurant only.

Spa area was looking better than on the pictures. Gym area also really nice. The interior of the room had a nice style and the bathroom was very clean. Also, trafitional polish dinner is very tasty in the reastaurant!
