We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicOne strange thing: we went to thai massages, according to the price list it costed 256 zloty, but for hotel guests there is 20% rabat. But when we paid for it at reception desk, the final price was even higher (271 zloty), all the prices are actually Netto (without taxes) so be carefull about that. We would take a massage anyway (it was perfect and relaxing) , but it would be fair to inform customers about final price in advance...
Clean, cosy rooms, fantastic breakfast, wide choice, even for those, who fights with some food alergics... Hotel is situated in Jizera mountains, view is amazing and centre od the city is only 10 minutes by car, we always found a space to park our car.

Good breakfasts. Very good spa with a low traffic. Nice jacuzzi. A little bit cold swimming pool but with many streams and relax procedures.

Slovakiai came for mountain biking. one of the best single track resort in central europe (especially on the czech side). however there is really no good quality hotel on the other side of the border. thanks god i found this one. good job Malinowy Dwor!
