Breakfast was average, although there was enough variety. The surrounding area feels a bit deserted. The kettle looked rusty or dirty inside, so I didn’t want to use it.

The location is on a main street, close to bus stops, and the city center can be reached with one transfer. Quick taxi access to the airport for around 45 PLN. There’s a Żabka just behind the hotel for shopping and a McDonald’s nearby for meals. Reception staff were willing to help. The room was clean.

The bed was single, inadequately sized for comfortable sleeping, and the mattress provided almost no support, resulting in a very uncomfortable night's rest.

Breakfast does not meet all sorts of clients , the halal issues are not considered, which made the breakfast poor , in the other hand it does not need a lot to improve .

The mattress was too soft. The parking was charged despite hinting to the contrary. There was no mineral water to be purchased after 23h00. The receptionist was sullen. For a 650 zl 2 days stay that was a bit much.

We were pretty surprised that we had to pay for parking. Of course, it is our fault we didn't check whether it's free or not, but decided to write this in review just so others know.

We liked the location because it was very close to attractions we wanted to see. The room was tidy and well taken care of. The breakfast was very nice, although it would be nice to have more variety of food.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I needed an iron and, unfortunately, the reception was unable to assist me, as there wasn’t one available — which was quite disappointing. Additionally, there were no slippers or bathrobes provided for guests, which I consider a significant drawback. When guests are paying a considerable amount, it is important that essential amenities and appropriate assistance are provided. I hope the management will take these points into consideration for future improvement.

Only one, tiny (5g) pack of instant coffee in the room, one pack of tea. Come on, for 80 Euro a night you could do better. Good that a small shop (Zabka) is a 10min walk from the hotel (open 6am-11pm) where you can buy essential groceries including coffee. Also, no vending machine in the hotel to buy mineral water or other drinks (or snacks).

I did not like the bed. I am accustomed to comfortable double/queen bed size and the single bed was not wide enough for me (I am neither obese nor very tall 76kg/180lbs and 180cm/5’11inch) and especially the blanket that was very narrow. The lighting could be better and a safe would provide a better security for a passport, portable electronics and a wallet. The TV set is rather small for a comfortable viewing but ok for a short stay.

Close to the Airport, taxi ride costs approx 30 polish zloty, just about 10 USD. Close to McDonald if one wants a quick, reasonably priced quick food, I found the room clean and comfortably and fresh looking except for some stained parts of the carpet. Nothing fancy, just good, clean and reasonably priced room for a short stay. A strong point was very friendly, helpful reception staff.

A short ride to the airport

Even though it says "airport hotel", it is nowhere close to the airport and there is no hotel shuttle - big minus. I took bolt and drove for about 15 minutes from the airport. The room was pretty cold even in August and A/C did not really heat. No foreign channels available on TV. No toiletries provided except liquid soap. 4* hotel could provide at least bathrobe and slippers for guests to use and some basic toiletries like cotton pads, toothbrush, lotion, earplugs, etc. Hotel is on busy road (cars, trams, you can hear planes too) so not very suitable for light sleepers. No shop in the vicinity, just a gas station and McDonald's across the street. A bit too expensive for the level of service they offer.

Very nice and kind staff - thank you for arranging late check-out that I asked for (60 PLN). Very good public transport connection to the PGE stadium - just take a tram in front of the hotel and it takes about 30mins. Single room quite spacious for 1 person (but small bathroom), there is a desk with chair, mirror, open closet and kettle. Complimentary water bottle and some small biscuits. I did not take breakfast but you can pay for it on spot if you change your mind. A/C and wifi worked well in my room. Windows can be fully opened, which is rare and appreciated.
