It's time to change the pillows. They were lumpy.

Really good value for money. The room was nice and well equipped. Location is good, next to the river and a short walk into town. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the evening after a long hike.

Hit my leg on the bed frame multiple times quite painfully since the bed frame is deceptingly wider than it seems, especially combined with sloped roof. Apart from that, amazing place and amazing location.

Great location, very quiet and the self check in and no staff intervention coming in and out as well as free facilities are great! Also pretty good mountain view from the window!

Was not aware I should expect room access instructions by email and app, and these arrived once I was out of WiFi range. Maybe booking.com should have notified us on advance if this arrangement, as rent planet did for our Krakow stay.

Beautiful decor in common areas and room. V nice shower room. Comfy bed. Lovely curtain and bed cover fabric and painted furniture. Beautiful painted walls in stairwell. Hot tub looked fab but did not bring swimwear so did not use. Will recommend and revisit if returning to Z.

Very harming place. We were stunned by fary tale type of decor in the whole place. Room was spacious and comfortable. Radio in the shower room was a bonus. Spa facilities were great after long hours in the mountains. Definitely worth coming back!!

Couldn't find shower soap/shampoo in any of our five apartments, either not provided or an oversight, strange as tea/coffee/sugar. Not a major issue.

Absolutely fabulous apartments and superb value for money. 20 minutes walk to centre but very cheap taxis.

The soundproofing is not that good, we could hear our neighbors talking or singing. The pillows were not very comfortable, but everything else was great!

The property was easy to find, the rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with everything that you need for a ski trip. The balcony is quite large so you can enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the mountains. The spa area was cozy and the BBQ outside nicely organized.

Nothing was perfect.

Spotlessly clean and perfect location. Amazing apartment was blown away . The staff were amazing went above and beyond as we were late checking in and had 2 late check out , also forgot a UK adapter but they had one for us to use .

The cleanliness of the property, inside and out, is commendable. The property is very well maintained. It is pleasant with its garden, pot plants and beautiful wooden architecture. The check-in was seamless and efficient. The design of the apartment is beautiful throughout. The self-catering equipment in the kitchen was super adequate. The forest backdrop and river frontage was very calming. Sleeping with the door open on the patio was a treat - the river flowing sounds were soothing. The neighbourhood is very quiet at night, so we appreciated a good night's sleep. We stayed three nights and every aspect of our stay contributed to it, including the proximity to Krupowki Street and other attractions.

While I had a great time here, it is a longer walk than expected into the Zakopone city center. Highly recommend using the scooters.

Cute place with fun decorations! Very clean. The bathroom even had speakers to play music. Facility also includes hot tub and sauna.

Very thin walls so no sound proofing whatsoever (worst I’ve ever experienced), very poor communication from the owners, loud party in one of the rooms throughout the night and no way to contact the owners (no answer to phone calls, email or web message-written reply after nearly 24h). Paid for 4 nights and checked out after 2 as just could not sleep there at all. Was absolutely shattered after 2 nights. We have booked another hotel which was lovely

Uncomfortable bed and very poor soundproofing. It felt like living with neighbours in the same room.
