The food in the restaurant could be better.

The hotel was in the city center of Cracow. It was very easy to get to from the train station. The room and bathroom were very clean, the staff was lovely and helpful. We would love to stay again.

I wouldn't have minded a room on a higher floor, considering we'd had our reservation for a year, but we don't really have any substantive complaints.

Excellent location just blocks from the old town and walking distance from the main train station; good size, comfortable room; nice restaurant and bar onsite; extremely helpful staff.

Good breakfast - mostly for the adults. For our children there were less options In the shower, there was a bad smell on the first night. After we noticed the team, they made it better but the smell didn't go away absolutely

The breakfast was a continental, so not our usual British breakfast. However it was fine, it's breakfast after all lol and you can eat as much or as little as you want.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk from the main square. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, with a decent size room and bed. The bathroom was very good. It was cleaned every day, with a daily towel change. There was a fridge in your room, which was handy. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

For me personally the bed was much too soft.

A very good, reasonably priced hotel in a quiet spot of Cracow. Extremelly friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Easily walkable from the railway station (15 minutes) and to the Old Town (15 minutes). Lots of little cafes and shops nearby.

Everything was perfect, safe parking in the hotel garage (not underground) just next to the reception, breakfast as in 4 star hotel and mainly walking distance to the city center.

Breakfast could have offered a bit more variety, though the selection was already quite good. The garage can be a bit tight for larger cars, especially if there are several vehicles parked.

We had a truly enjoyable experience and were thoroughly impressed by the high level of organization, the excellent service, and the overall quality of the facilities. The reception staff stood out in particular — everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to assist us with a smile and great professionalism. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was maintained daily with great attention to detail, which we truly appreciated. The shared areas of the hotel were also very well-kept and welcoming. We were especially impressed by how smoothly everything was managed — from check-in and check-out. Family apartment with kitchen is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen has a small hob. The air-con worked well. 10-15 mins walk to Glowny train station.
