We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe room needs curtains or dark blinds. I slept poorly because the room was too light given the sun rose at 0430. I would need dark curtains installed in order to come back to Hotel Kuznia next year. There was no electric kettle in the room and I was told I could not have one in the room. It was very annoying having to go to reception to ask for hot water every time I wanted a cup of tea.
Breakfast was good, offering bacon was nice. Room was comfortable although it was hot without aircon. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was good.
