We had the entire spa for ourselves, that was fanstastic. It is located in a very nice natural area. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were great.

Breakfast ok

Uncomfortable bed, noisy next to road, loud people outside all night, dogs bark all night. No staff at all upon arrival. No way to communicate with staff. Could not sleep.

Hotel is located in a beautiful place. Breakfast is varied, not exactly the same every day. Pool is very good.

No air condition is in the rooms. The bed was a bit uncomfortable

Staff couldn't normally talk in English. Poor breakfast table. On day time sauna not working, need to wait evening, to use it.

Unfortunately, we were given a room next to a noisy family with children who were running around the corridor in the evening, screaming.

Beautiful room with a great view over the mountains. The host was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. In the evening we had the pool all to ourselves, and it was a great temperature and we had a great time. It is a really cozy little hotel and it has a great placement.

Hotel Is in great location. Not far from mountains. Our room was comfy,and we could watch sunsent from balcony.breakfast was ritch. Wellness - only minus was that it was missing signs..we didnt know where to go and had to explore a bit. But apart from that it was very nice relax,pool was warm, sauna small but great.

Our room was situated to the road side and cars could be a noisy sometimes.. Bed too soft (but this is personal opinion)

Great View on the Tatra. Charme of the original local village. High-Level equipped hotel. Reception fulfilling additional needs without any hesitation.

Nice hotel with inside swimming-pool and jacuzzi. Rich and tasty breakfast, confortable bed. Friendly staff but unfortunately they spoke only polish. Main information they show in google translate. So, we got it.

No information about massages and wellness center. Maybe they give it to polish people, as looks speaking in other languages was their problem. Massege showers are out of order, no sauna.

The hotel was clean, it had a pool, sauna and hot tub, nice decor - relatively newly updated. Breakfast was good (no bacon, but if you aren't gluten intolerant, you can probably have the sausage). They also had real coffee! A whole espresso machine! The location was beautiful, overlooking the mountains and neighboring sheep. They had a mini fridge, balcony with coffee table and chairs ( if it wasn't raining, i would have enjoyed my coffee there), as well as a hair dryer. There was a games area with a pool table, foosball and air hockey. Free parking was a plus. Outdoor area in front if there was nice weather to enjoy it with a fire bowl and grill. They also provided 2 towels each to start and gave us extra upon request.

It wasn't central Zakopane, so we had a bit of a drive-in for non-local restaurant food. There was no one at the pool area to help with service, providing locker keys or extra pool towels (or a place for us to leave our wet towels). You also had to constantly flick lights on in every hallway, stairway and room you entered in the hotel because they were constantly being turned off, really annoying - especially if you don't know where you're going or where the light switch is located. But the big point , the reason that we would rate this stay an 8 and not a 10 is the bed.... it was the worst mattress - no support, all lumpy and springy... the pillows sucked too. We barely slept. We would actually rate the stay a 7.5/10 to be fair. I almost think sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. If the bed situation was on point, this place would have my money again.

It was very noisy outside. Tiny room, no hot water late in the evening. Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, luckily we had our pillows. Poor breakfast. It was the worst hotel we ever stayed in.
