Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandIf I have to complain about something it would be the car park system. It’s free and works but I could imagine it just being easier. That said, we’ve never had an issue.
Rooms are good size and well equipped. Staff are among the best I’ve met, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the place.

United KingdomWe were provided teacups for tea but they were very small and there weren't facilities to clean the cups and cutlery provided. The sofa setup was lovely but very hard, more for decoration that comfort. The WiFi was also a bit sketchy, some days it worked great and some it didn't work at all but we didn't spend much time inside so wasn't the worst! There were several business trips which might have claimed the bandwidth so we did have to hotspot a fair bit. There was no bin in the room so we needed to buy some bin bags as it was a long stay for us.
The room was very large and the bathroom even larger, lovely free standing bath, shower and a separate toilet! We were placed in the downstairs suite next to the meeting rooms which provided extra privacy. There was an alternative entrance also unlocked for us during our stay which meant we had easy access with our very large puppy. Was great to have space for our dog to walk around as well as the very large garden area outside. The bedroom also had sliding doors as well as a bug screen so we could let air in without being attacked through the night 😅 The staff was friendly and accommodating.

United KingdomThe room was accessed through a common room shared with the adjacent room. The common room was up a flight of stairs with a locked door at the bottom, so essentially you had to lock yourself in this common area then go up stairs and through the shared space. This felt very unsafe as a single female traveller. Fortunately this was only in my first and last day as friends had the other room in between and then the shared area was a bonus. The people in the other room on the last day kept leaving the bottom door unlocked meaning that anyone could have come into the shared area without me knowing. It would be best that this is made clear so that customers can decide if they are comfortable with this before booking. Breakfast stops at 9am on weekdays but they did open up later which was helpful as we missed it one day as we didn't know. Accessing the car park is a little difficult and still not quite sure how we were supposed to do it.
Comfortable bed, room size was good. Helpful staff.

LatviaHad to pay extra for sauna which is nonsense. Also, I got locked in hotel during my stay and staff was like, "yea, we do that so that nothing gets stolen". Like what the hell. Should warn people first. Also, the first lady at the reception could bearly understand english. Overall not recomended for the money you pay.

United KingdomOn the first night there was a big party nearby which was very loud. The rooms are also not very soundproof - I could hear the people in the room next door snoring! The shower in the bathroom didn't stay upright on the hook so showering was a bit tricky. The wifi was also very slow.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Facilities and room were basic but clean Nice variety of options for breakfast

The location very good. The breakfast was rich and wonderful in taste. All was clean and we had a large room Kayaking facilities and plenty of places to eat, just around the corner.
