The staff there were so nice and willigness to provide help and advices. Quiet location. Apartment was very comfortable. The restaurant provides sufficient varied offer, I tried different foods and all were delicious. Breakfast was very good. Spa and saunas provide great relaxation, especially kids appreciate those places.

The barking dog at night was really annoying and the WiFi in the house we rented was weak. The TV lost the signal too but it wasn't crucial for me but definitely for my daughter :)

The hotel is great and the spa zone made our day. Our stay was very pleasant. Just up the hill you start the path and you can go hiking for hours 😄

We were a family group, 3 rooms. Each one was in a different building, which was a bit strange. The jacuzzi in the spa was too chemical, I was rather not going inside.

Great location, nice rooms, perfect breakfast and spa. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Lack of basic amenities like soap/shampoo No iron or hairdryer in the room There was plenty of meal's to choose from but nothing was labeled. As vegetarian managed to get three items from which two were with ham.

Good location, free access to the spa and pool area, nice big room with a balcony. Good variety of dishes for the breakfast.

Next to the room was a technical room with a boiler that went on and off. Some broken things like flushing the toilet and furniture. Not enough hot water in the morning. Breakfast without juice. There was an overall feeling that this could be a really nice place if the flaws were taking care of. There is an old tennis court that serves as a parking and general storage for building material. The fence around it disturbs the othervice excellent view.

Cozy inside in the common areas and restaurant. Good location for expLoring the Wisla Istebna area. Good Sauna area. The children liked the restaurant, pool and cottage. Good pizza/food and drinks in the restaurant.

There was nothing to dry hands on in the kitchen and no sharp knife. Other than everything was perfect!

Great stay at Lesniczowka! Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of choice of different foods. We also ate dinner at the restaurant, and portions were large and food was fresh and flavoursome. Spa facilities are clean and brand new with 3 different saunas, salt room, swimming pool, jacuzzi included in the price. I highly recommend to book in for a massage (additional cost). Rooms were clean and comfortable.

First time in my life, during check-out hotel staff didn't ask us how was our stay. They just received remaining payments and said goodbye. That was really weird. This is not related to the hotel but: I had noisy 'upstairs neigbors'. They were shouting, singing and even jumping until 3 am in the morning. Building I stayed was wooden, no sound insulation at all. Unfortunately I had to go upstairs and warn them.

There are two things. One of them I can probably say I have myself to blame for, the other - less so. Only after our stay did I read the property's description through and through to find that in fact our biggest pain point is mentioned somewhere in fine print lower down towards the end of the page. When booking a room You don't know what building You're going to end up in. The property is split across multiple smaller buildings which are not connected. So if You want to go to the swimming pool or SPA, depending on weather You might be forced to use the very cramped changing room along with lockers that You can't lock, rather than simply walk downstairs in a bathrobe and swimsuit. The other thing that isn't mentioned even in fine print, is that one of those smaller buildings, ufortunately the one our room was located in, faces a relatively busy and noisy street. Only a fairly narrow pavement separates the wall of the building from the street so expect car noise if You get a room there, even at night time. You are above the street level, but You still hear plenty. We were lucky to find a parking spot next to the main building, but this street-facing building hasn't got a parking space next to it, or even a drop-your-luggage-and go spot, so if You were to unload a lot of bags You could end up blocking the little driveway for a while. Worth a mention as well, only 1 large towel per person, no bathrobes or extra towels in the SPA, wellness and swimming pool area, as well as nothing in the room to help You dry the towel You get.

I went there with my Wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary over a weekend. Everything was great during our stay except two things, which I will talk about later. Wellness & SPA area is fantastic, so is the food from the menu at the restaurant. Breakfasts could use a bit more variety day to day. We only stayed two nights so I'm not bothered, but if I had to eat the same breakfast over and over, say for a week of skiing, it could wear out. Then again, that's probably true of most hotel breakfast options, so I'm not going to make a fuss about it.

Cons: • The pool and wellness area (our main reason for booking to enjoy during End of year holidays ) was not intended to be used by accommodated guests exclusively. This information is not provided before booking. All spa facilities were open to the public, resulting in extreme overcrowding because there was no one managing capacity. There was nowhere to sit, let alone relax. The pool was full of broken toys, which was very disappointing for our child. Overall spa - dirty, low maintenance, broken and very dangerous pool ladder and also broken sauna glass door, happened just during our visit! • The shared recreation room with table tennis was locked because the keys were missing, and the reception didn’t get them back during our entire stay. • The children’s corner in the restaurant was very poor, with just a small toy kitchen, which was not enough to keep kids entertained - kids were interested in swimming but it was not possible. • The accommodation was a huge disappointment compared to the photos – outdated and shabby furnishings.

Pros: • Nice breakfast. • Parking directly in front of the building. • Friendly, efficient staff in the restaurant

We came for the weekend: Sunday and Saturday. SPA is opened from 4pm till 9pm . On website isn’t information about it . On Sunday we came back to hotel near 4pm, and wanted to go to SPA, but in the door was notes : “Spa and restaurant worked till 2pm”. In hotel were only guests without any staff. We called to number which was on the door and wanted to back money for 1 night and leave this hotel.Then, one of the staff came and opened spa, but pool didn’t work. We don’t want to visit this place anymore because here isn’t good service and they don’t value their guests. Moreover, they can leave them alone in the hotel without any staff.

1. When we arrived, I found urine in the toilet. I asked at the reception if that means the bathroom wasn't cleaned and the receptionist got very defensive saying that she doesn't clean the rooms herself and didn't have any contact with the cleaning lady that day. No attempt to apologize, no proposal to get the bathroom cleaned, she even seemed disturbed that I dared to raise this issue. 2. The dish sponge was used and had hair on it. At least they gave me new ones on my request. 3. Spiders and spider webs everywhere, even behind the cups hanging in the kitchen. 4. The couch was so dusty, if you sat too fast on it, it would make a dust cloud in the room. 5. The mattresses on the bed are at the end of their lifetime, very soft, and would not even return to their normal shape after a whole day not being used. 6. The staff was simply rude. You could not ask a question without feeling that you're bothering someone. 7. The breakfast was pretty much the same 4 days in a row. 8. The playground is a joke, broken toys where the kids can easily get hurt, slides sitting on the grass surrounded by mud. 9. Construction works

went there 2 years ago, quality was higher, hopped to enjoy it again.. view is now blocked by trees, breakfast downgraded to basic walls are thin, you'd probably hear kids running around from upper floors therefore not much sleep you'd get. Jacuzzi outdoor is booking only, you'll find it booked all the time. Imo avoid it, you can find something better for that money I promise.

maybe spa (silent zone) pool is filled with high chlorine and kids!
