The bed was the only downer. Mattress is hard and springy. Sofia was nice enough to bring over a couple of additional duvets that helped to soften it up a bit. I did manage to sleep better the second night.

The location is amazing! For us, the apartment had what we wished for; a comfy bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. It was neat, nice and clean. The street was a bit noisy at night due to some bars in the area, but it is difficult to avoid in such a central location. Over all a very nice experience!

During the night you could hear a lot of noise on the street as there are many bars and that did not make us feel safe as we were two girls. Host is very kind, however the communication was not the best, I think she should send all the information earlier like a day before check-in because the telephone connection might not be the best for foreigners. Also, this is not the fault of the host, but during the last morning of our stay, there was no electricity in the apartment and this would've been really unpleasant if it happened earlier.

We liked the location, because it is situated right in the city centre. The apartment was clean and it had all the appliances written on booking and even hairdryer.

Appartment is rather small and simple. Communication wasn't the best in the beginning as no one reacted to my messages on Booking neither to calls. In our room we had a broken window which could be fixed only two days later (on Monday), since the window was to a busy street, we didn't sleep well the first two nights.

The location is right in the city center, wifi worked very well, kitchen had all the necessary equipment.

The hairdryer was not good at all. The shower stall is very small. No toiletries in the apartment and very little toilet roll. Only one hamd towel. Could have done with one more.

Very loudly because opposite is pub open long hours. Apartment need some renewals and changes. The bed mattress was not comfortable and springs dug into my back. The bedding wasn’t enough large and worm for winter time. The contact wasn’t very good. The person who was supposed to give us the keys was half an hour late. During this time, no one answered our calls. I understand that maybe the phone wasn’t charged, but someone supposed to be there early.

As nice as the location is, unfortunately it's right accross a pub that works until 1 AM but people are staying there until 1:30-2:00 AM including the tables outside, so it's very noisy until very late at night. Additionally the bed is insanely uncomfortable with springs literally coming out of the mattress. Those two things combined make it impossible to have any rest while there. Others have mentioned this too and indeed it was also an issue for us, but the shower cabin is very small and if you are tall (or a bigger person) it can be hard to use. The last thing I'd add is that while the lady on phone was nice, the overall check-in was awkward - based on the comments everyone's experience is different. We thought that someone would come and give us the keys but when we tried giving them a second call, they did not pick up - they simply sent us a text message with the door entrance code and told us that the flat was unlocked, and that the keys were inside... I'm not sure if we'd stay there again.

The location is extremely convenient - it's in the heart of the city and most things are in walking distance. Naturally there are many restaurants and cafés nearby. The lady that we spoke to on the phone was also really nice and friendly!

Very loudly because opposite is pub open long hours, till 2am. Communication to get the keys was not very convenient. The instructions say that a person with the keys will meet you, but it turned out that communication was only by phone and you had to go around the other side of the house using a code that was sent during the conversation. I think people who arrive at a later time or suddenly lose connection will have big problems with check-in.

Cleanness wasn’t amazing. Dirt found in the saucepan, and hairs in the bathroom. Hob also didn’t work. One of the reasons why we chose this property was because of needing Wi-Fi. Unfortunately this did not work. We followed the instructions but the Wi-Fi name was not visible to join. I took this up with the owner and even translated to polish for them. The answers just weren’t helpful. They said they would come out the following day, we have no idea if they did but the WiFi was still not working. They just didn’t seem fussed about trying to please us as customers.

Street was very noisy and window didn't close properly. Also it was very hot in the apartment without air conditioning, so in the summer you have to keep the window open and you will get all the ruckus from outside throughout the night (noise from the pub opposite, arguments, loading and unloading noise in the morning). Shower cabin is very small with a large lever valve which you keep bumping into (I'd suggest changing to one without a lever) and there is no shelf so taking a shower is a bit tricky
