The kettle was old was not working properly (it wouldn't switch off automatically) and was too hot to handle. It would be great if the refrigerator was available in the room.

This place is good to stay for a night in the course of long travel. It is conveniently located not far from the motorway and has a supermarket nearby.

Room was smelly, not sure was it due to carpet which was not properly cleaned for years or was it the beddings. Pillows were really old, made of feathers so most likely never washed.

The hotel is located far enough from the city center and it took a long time to get in different directions. But there is a bus stop and a shop nearby.

We arrived at check-in earlier than at 14 pm and a nice girl at the reception helped us to settle earlier for free. The room is quite clean, everything you need is there. Don't expect much, but it's good value for your money.

The carpet was a bit smelly. Could do with a bit more cleaning. Getting to it proved a bit challenging as the map doesn't show that there's a road. Please upload a map in the pictures to show exactly where it is.

The room was large. Good shower. Good WiFi. Very friendly staff. There's a supermarket nearby too. Good parking. There's a bus stop nearby that goes straight to the city centre.

I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. On the second night of our stay, we returned to find our room completely infested with dozens of insects. When we asked to change rooms, the receptionist responded aggressively and unprofessionally, even saying "This is not the Hilton." After a long discussion, we were given another room. At first, it looked okay, but within 15 minutes, insects started coming out of the ventilation system, and we found more inside the bed when we lifted the blanket. It became clear this room was just as bad as the first one. We had no choice but to leave the hotel at night. The receptionist refused to give us a refund, and the entire experience was incredibly stressful and disgusting. I have photo and video evidence and have already reported this to Booking.com. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

When I contacted them for the check-in time, they spoke to me in Polish, while I spoke English. When we arrived at the accommodation, we greeted each other and apologized for the time taken, and the man at the reception completely ignored us. At one point he was speaking to us in Polish, and when we asked him if he could speak English, he was very disturbed and didn't want to. When I made the reservation I put my card and they could always withdraw the amount. And the gentleman there asked us for the room (he showed us the price list), although we had already paid, and when I told him this, he rolled his eyes in annoyance. Then we asked him for the wifi password and he spoke to us in Polish and we deduced for ourselves that he was in the room. At the end and in the morning, too, he didn't want to answer our greeting or anything else. There was dirt on the floor in the room and in the bathroom

There was a noticeable height difference between the tile in the bathroom and the tile to the entrance way. I stubbed my toe more than once due to this height mismatch. The sink wasn't draining properly. What I didn't like the most was that the owners of the hotel have allowed mobile phone cells on the roof of the hotel, which brings exceptionally high levels of dangerous radiation, just 20 feet away from my room. I didn't sleep so well, and felt a bit weaker than normal, and so I wonder if that had something to do with it.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The place was usually quiet. The wifi was reliable.

We came late at night - I told about it while booking, the man on reception was not polite and kind, he didn;t provided information about wifi and there was no in he room, there was no soap in the room to wash hands - only an empty bottle, the whole night we heard for some water going somewhere in the wall. We were expacting more from the hotel with such rate.
