Pleasant hotel, about what you'd expect from ibis chain. Bed was comfortable, staff helpful. Close to old town, as well as other landmarks.

Big clean room with tea and coffee facilities, fairly big bathroom and a comfortable bed . Tram into centre stopped outside.

I think the hotel is overpriced and, while having the Stare Miasto bit in its name, is located not exactly in the Old Town. One needs to walk rather energetically for some 10 minutes to Castle Square (Plac Zamkowy). My room overlooked the inner courtyard and there was a persistent, and rather loud, noise of air conditioners or whatever that might have been.

It was a stay to remember for the rest of my life for all the wrong (and right) reasons. On my first night, after a very long and stressful train journey from Ukraine to Warsaw, I had such hypertension that the receptionist had to call the ambulance. Although the Polish paramedics did not seem to care, I am grateful to the hotel guy for his swift and cold-blooded reaction. I was also pleased that delivery services like Glovo and others were allowed to bring orders to my room rather than to the reception.

Standard Ibis property but priced for location.

Great value breakfast. Huge, busy hotel but well soundproofed. Very close to former Warsaw ghetto and Jewish museum. Short walk to old city too.

Very good location, near city centre (around 20 mins walk) with reasonably priced (in comparison to other hotels near by) car park. Comfortable room, with tea, coffee and kettle. Also bottles for fresh water provided with water machine in the corridor. Good choice of food for breakfast. Lovely and helpful staff at the reception. Would recommend.amd stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, there is a tram and buses, close to the Historic city center and the shopping mall, right next to parks. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds.

There was dust on the curtains and behind the TV. The corridor fragrance was too strong; I prefer fresher air. Both breakfasts were the same. Missing potatoes, rice, or buckwheat for a more substantial breakfast.

The hotel room was mostly clean. The hotel met my expectations overall. The vegan corner of the breakfast buffet. The water refill stations.

No shampoo or other toiletries in the bathroom, only the liquid soap. No mini-fridge in the room. Other than that everything was great.

Excellent location at a short walking distance to the Old City. The hotel and room are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

We try to stay at this hotel every time we come to Warsaw, we love the location, the proximity to the Stare Miasto and the secure garage parking. The breakfast here is excellent, Staff are friendly and the rooms confortable.

The shower head has seen better times and could have been exchanged. My boyfriend hurt himself, because some parts were fragmented.

Nice staff, very dog friendly and requests were fulfilled. Parking is very comfortable and I do not think that they are too small, but some people simply do not know how to park their cars correctly.

Vere small room! It was so small for 4 people, not a family room at all.

The location is very good. It is so sweet that they provide drinking water in the corridors.
