Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FinlandThere were many spider webs in the room and at least 4 spiders crawling at the ceiling in my first night. I managed to get rid of them and front desk reacted immediately when I told them about the spider webs. Only one web was not cleaned (cleaned it myself). Not a big thing and maybe window was open during cleaning or something. Did not affect my stay but in case the staff wants to check the rooms for spider webs.
Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was basic but everything tasted good and breakfast room was spacious and clean. Room had everything I needed and I liked that there was an extra pillow. Hotel was close to the old town and it fitted perfectly for my needs. Very nice experience and I can recommend this hotel.

We needed a room for disabled guests. Our room was very well adapted to the needs of wheelchair user, especially the bathroom.

United KingdomStayed here with my partner in April 2025 and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is central — just a short walk (about 7–10 minutes) from the Gdańsk Główny train station and really close to the Old Town, cafés, and all the main attractions. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional — really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Check-in was easy (24-hour reception is a big plus), and we loved that we could leave our luggage after check-out. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, with a super comfortable bed, good bedding, and even an extra pillow in the wardrobe. Nice bonus: a free water dispenser on our floor — super handy after walking around all day. Honestly, everything about our stay was smooth and easy. Great value for the price, and we’d definitely stay again next time we’re in Gdańsk!
