This is not the first time we will stay at this hotel. Convenient location, clean. Rooms are different in size, this time it was small. Clean. 5 minutes from the train station. Very convenient because the train goes to the airport

The only real downside was the aircon, we were lucky with 30+ weather for our stay and was hard to cool the room down. Couldn’t have the window open due to traffic noise and the bleeping of the green man from the crossing near by.

Location was perfect for a short walk to the old town or even shorter walk for when we needed the train or tram.

Poor and extremely expensive breakfast, Ceaseless train announces all along the nights. Insufficient wardrobe items, hangers etc.

The breakfast was completely unsatisfactory. They ran out of croissants every day of my stay, and every time I asked, I was told they didn't have any.

The hotel is in a good location. It's very close to the train and bus stations. It's very close to the old town. When you're tired, you can return to the hotel, rest, and explore again. There's a large shopping mall near the hotel. You can easily find anything you're looking for.

There were people running around and screaming throughout the night. It took management a long time to deal with it. The walls are quite thin so it was impossible to ignore.

People need to remember it is a budget so the sink may be in the room. Also breakfast has a small selection but better than nothing (wouldn't pay extra for it though).

We stayed in Kraków for just one night, and this hotel turned out to be a very convenient choice. Its location right next to the train station is perfect if you’re traveling and need a quick stopover. The historic city center is also within walking distance, so you can still enjoy a stroll through Kraków’s charming streets without much effort. The room was very small – just enough space to rest after a long journey – but it served its purpose for a short stay. It would have been even better if there had been a fridge and a hairdryer, as those little comforts can make a big difference.
