- bad cheap matress, too soft - there is no way to buy public tickets in the area but this is more of a city of Katowice problem. I wish it would be possible to buy tickets at the reception desk. There is a train line nearby but no way to buy tickets.

The garden room was under our room's window (3rd floor) that was a bit noisy. During the summertime, AC would help a lot for being more comfortable.

Me and my friend spent 3 days here. The public transport from the hotel to our event destination was right fitting (almost door to door).

Honestly, we didn’t notice the lack of air conditioning before we arrived, just to people know. It’s our fault, but we assumed hotel rooms would have air conditioning. The room was very clean when we arrived, but we only got 2 towels for the two of us, so I had to request an additional towel for washing my hair. You might want to address this by providing more towels, as we didn't have any for our hands. Regarding room cleaning, we put up the do not disturb sign on the second day and removed it around 5 PM to put up the please clean sign, but no one cleaned the room. We thought maybe their working hours were until 5, but the next day we took down the do not disturb sign at 3 PM and put up the please clean sign again, and still no one cleaned the room. Please address this issue; everything else was fine."

The comfort of the bed was phenomenal. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, which surprised me considering some reviews mentioned that there was a limited selection. And regarding the breakfast, they constantly replenished the food. All praise! The receptionists were friendly.

Tram station is outside the hotel, walk to the city center is 15 minutes. Breakfast was good, there is some variety. We got a spacious room, really good size for three people. It was facing the atrium, so tram noise wasnt a problem. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Its a rather large hotel, but organized and efficient. Simple, comfy, clean and easily accesible from the high-way, with large parking lot.

It was kind of ok but the hotel is a bit outdated so all things around are oldish. But that didn't really bothered us. But we really didn't enjoy the breakfast. They kind of have big offer but all provided food is bad quality. Coffee was horrible. Scrambled eggs undercooked & other stuff you just feel that it's from cheap end. Comparing to other hotels in Poland it was disappointing. Because for their price you kinda expect a better service.

there is a restaurant you can enter from inside the hotel, I think under different management. there are no English menu and the woman who welcomed me was rude and unpolite. I didn't have dinner and decided on other options

Very bad coffee.

Simple and clean. The bed was too soft for me. In one room there was a strange chemical smell. Breakfast simple, the coffee was very bad. We stayed for one night, just a drive through.

New towels would be great! Towels were old and didn't smell good :( Some rooms more noisy due to the traffic.
