Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My second stay in this hotel. Again everything was perfect. Saturday dinnew was BBQ which surprised us. everything was grerat, place, food, accomodation , whole hotel.

The spa was missing bathrope and shoes to take a quick shower after massage
Very nice hotel with friendly stuff. Breakfast very tasty. The place got also play room for children

Unfortunately there was no clean towels available, even when we was using a jacuzzi the hotel staff informed us that they can’t provide us any as they didn’t come back from cleaning which is unbelievable, also we’ve been told they provide us the dressing gowns then said that it’s only available for family rooms and we need to pay for them… as we was going to the jacuzzi which we rent for our own the reception informed us that if we meet there anyone just tell them to leave.. quiet disappointing

There were several instances when we needed to call the hotel (re: pickup or lost items), and we either got hung up on, or no answer. This happened more than once.
Breakfast was great, the employees were fantastic, especially the coach driver who was very helpful and kind.

Wellness area could be cleaner. Next time we bring our own bath gowns, as this is not provided by the hotel but is good to have if you go from hotel rooms to the wellness.
The hotel is very nice. our check in was smooth and lady at reception was professional, told us everything we needed to know. Also before our arrival we where notified about an event taking place at the hotel, and informed that evening it could be a bit loud. That is a big + because not every hotel does it. Breakfast was great, plenty options and we also stayed one night for dinner. We ordered from the menu and food was delicious. We can recommend to dine in. Staff at the restaurant is also very nice, and welcoming.

Was a bit further out of town than I expected - parking in the town I found very expensive at 5 zl or 1 GBP per hour .There is building works at the hotel at the moment so0 a bit less parking than normal.
We were breakfast and evening meal - the food was very good

We've come for a fourth time and it was excellent as always. We'll definitely return + Cosy and clean rooms + Great breakfasts and dinners, very delicious food + An hour of spa every day + Great starting point for exploring the great outdoors in the vicinity

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, lovely food both breakfast and dinner, nice location with the nice walk to wisla centre ( probs around 30 min, but nice walk along the vistula river ). I would recommend

+ Excellent value for money + Great location for skiing/hiking/nature going, just few minutes in car, or in bus/train and you are exploring beautiful nature + Clean, spacious room + Mini fridge, kettle on the room + No noise from outside when windows closed, with opened windows we heard a soothing rumble of the nearby river + Delicious breakfast and dinner, wide choice, replenished regularly, good selection of beverages + Extremely hospitable staff + An hour of Jacuzzi, sauna and salt cave included every day + Great indoor and outdoor play area for kids, billiards + All in all, we were extremely satisfied and definitely will visit again

Sleepless nights because of thin walls where you hear your neighbors like lying just next to you + back pain from beds. Wellness is unfortunately very poor and doesn't feel good. Airco is warming up the basement spaces, no lockers or even changing rooms. System of wellness - You have to sign up for your hour to access the wellness, so don't count you can go there anytime you want. There was no place left for us for the first day!! The second day we found out it is not worth it, though.
Tasty breakfasts. Cozy and nice restaurant with a kind personal. Hotel is located in mountains close to the city centre (2, 5km).

The hotel location is a bit far from the center, we used a car.
The breakfast was tasty we enjoyed it. Dinner was enough, no need to eat somwhere else

You have to book wellness. At wellness it was nice, but very chemical smell because of chloride desinfection. Wellness also felt like home Made. I was missing some relaxing music too.
Clean hotel rooms, clean corridors. Receptionist were nice. Good value.
