This hotel is absolutely amazing! The rooms are amazing and decorated in an old style which is really cool. The one I stayed in was spacious and warm. The bathroom had a jacuzzi type bath which was awesome. The best thing about this hotel is the amazing staff that look after you from the moment you arrive. The girls at reception were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were amazing and extremely friendly and polite. Everything about the restaurant service was phenomenal. The food was definitely 5 star and the local beer was very good. The swimming pool area and sauna was so relaxing. It was quiet both times I went to have a swim which was a bonus. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in on my travels around Europe. Would recommend you stay there when visiting Bydgoszcz.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Bohema for a weekend, and it was an magical experience that exceeded all our expectations. Small the that was not visible from the bed Clock in spa not adjusted after autumn time change which cut our time in spa .. other then that all good to me. Wife complained about some allergens in the room she couldn’t sleep ( not sure if animals are allowed) but that would be it

I had that unique sense of calm atmosphere and it was very relaxing. Staff in the restaurant was professional and not too pushy and react quickly when needed and even faster when don’t. Food was good. Sits comfy. All experience reminded me vibe in Groucho Club in Soho. Where we often stay and dine

Fabulous luxury decor and wonderfully perfumed reception area. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Great food, especially the spectacular Molecular Ice Cream 😁. Lovely staff and great service.

Everything. Location easy to find. Near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful and superb. Room was beautiful. Hotel very elegant and design wise gorgeous. Loved having the sauna and pool to use at the end of the day. It was open until 10pm. Staff were friendly, spoke English and very helpful.

The tea kettle was a bit old and sometimes I had to move it in a specific position to make it work. I had to sort of smash the door a bit because the latch wouldn't fully retract. Also the card sometimes didn't work when I placed it in the electricity slot, so I had to try more than once. For a hot day, I would expect a bigger bottle of water in the room (or even one inside the fridge).

It's beautifully decorated in an old style. It's clean and it smells nice with the scented candles they have at the reception. The staff are very welcoming, polite and smiling. The room has all the amenities and the bed is extremely comfortable. Relaxing soft music is played all around, even when you enter the room (played from the TV).

There was nothing not to like.

The Bohema is a wonderful place to stay, the staff were friendly, welcoming and the service was excellent. Despite travelling solo I never felt alone. It's an intimate hotel, beautifully decorated and luxuriously styled. My single room was spacious and comfortable and the food was absolutely amazing! I took advantage of the Spa facilities which were excellent and was made to feel welcome by the group in the pilates class. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on visiting again.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish, hotel staff could not be more accommodating. Also I have to mention the staff in the Clarin's Spa the whole experience was very relaxing, and was the icing on the cake for our weekend away.

If we had 1 negative we would say that for a 5 star hotel we would of liked film options on the television available on a Netflix type of system. The reception on the English news channels that were available was very poor .

The breakfast was very good as well as menu options for Meals . The hotel was particularly quiet which was marvellous. The staff were especially attentive and extremely friendly (especially reception and breakfast staff) Extremely clean and stylish hotel decorated very tastefully

I had 4 rooms booked and i would have liked to have some flexibility around the booking. everything was non refundable. When you are travelling for business we need to have the ability to change things. This was the only let down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am looking at another 5 rooms at the same time in 2024. I would love to be able to book 5 rooms now and have flexibility with the dates as the event has not secured our dates yet. But I do like your hotel.

Excellent location right in the city centre. The decor and theme of the hotel are very tasteful and luxurious, right down to the custom video playing on the TV when you first enter your room. The sauna and wellness room was compact but modern and efficient. Friendly staff at check-in, standard policy is a late check-out up to 12 noon. We dined in the restaurant which offers a excellent tasting menu, although we only had two courses. Room was spacious and had Nesspresso coffee machine as well as a kettle for tea etc.

The room was not perfectly clean, unfortunately when I took one of the pamphlets available on the desk they were literally full of dust, but the rest of the room looked clean. I would suggest to take care a bit more of certain details. The spa was really good and I liked the atmosphere, but I expected a bit more. There was no hydromassage pool with warm water, only the massage system of the big pool which was not that good because the water was cold and the pool too big, so I did not enjoy very much.

I really liked the bohemian style of the hotel. The staff was very kind and available, they let me check in much earlier than the standard check-in time and it saved my day! Everything was perfect, they cared about all details, I really appreciated the booklets with the history of the hotel and the Nespresso machine with coffee capsules 🤩

Sauna had no thermometer or clock. There was also no tub with cold water.

The decoration of the hotel was outstanding. I liked the fact of signifying the history of the building.
