The room was different than the previous one,not cosy as previous

Everything was great!

Great hotel. Loved the architecture of the whole building (in a former factory), very interestingly converted, with artwork that referenced the former uses of the factory complex. Extremely good location for our stay. Rooms were excellent. Clean. Very comfortable beds and lovely soft bed linen. Loved the architectural features from the old factory in the bedrooms. Beautiful high ceilings with massive windows (but good curtains to block the light at night). Staff were very professional and helpful. Swimming pool on the top of the building had great views over Lodz. It was also slightly more warm than our public swimming pool in England, which was nice! Changing area was clean. You picked up a towel at the swimming pool / gym reception so you didn't have to get your room towels all wet.

The things I would improve is an access card as it disconnected and I had to go for the new one. The staff said that it is regulary that those cards do not work properly. Also, I believe that having a more modern spa / pool area.

Overall it was a great experience. Clean rooms, bathroom with shower and a bath. Spa, pool, friendly staff members. I really liked the gym area. The location is perfect, just in the city center with a view.

Almost everything was perfect, and what wasn't perfect... simply isn't worth mentioning.

One of the most impressive hotels in Poland, and in Łódź certainly unrivalled. The history, architecture, furnishings, cleanlines... almost everything is of a very high standard. The restaurant is recommended for both dinner and breakfast, and the afternoon espresso tastes excellent in the unique lobby. The pool and spa area is "the icing on the cake". If you arrive by car, you can park for free in the multi-storey car park of the neighbouring shopping centre.

A few downsides: limited breakfast options, expensive hotel parking, and the room key cards often got demagnetized.

Wonderful hotel in Łódź, right in Manufaktura. Amazing rooftop panoramic pool, spa, and gym. Spacious and cozy room with both a bathtub and a shower cabin in the bathroom.

Very loud noise from the nearby shopping centre complex till early hours in the morning on Friday/Saturday night making it hard to sleep. Though it was not "hotel"s fault but something to be aware of as a possibility depending on local events happening.

The key card in the elevator was a bit annoying.

Amazing hotel and so big. So clean and peaceful. The reception staff and bar staff were so nice throughout my stay. The pool facilities and views are amazing. Definitely would visit again!

The Hotel as a whole is a sight itself. Perfect location. Absolutely would book again. Staff ist top-notch. Also the breakfast was amazing.

Price of breakfast seemed to me too high so I decided not to take it and provided it different way (especially as I was travelling with my 8yo daughter who really does not eat so much). It is not anything wrong just explanation and a fun fact: skipping 4 breakfasts for 2 persons allowed me to buy a new cell phone for my wife 🙂

The Pool was perfect, also the rooms in industrial heritage style. Location in the former industrial area is great with all the services, shops and restaurants very close as a part of the area.

Air condition can be better - needs maintenance to enhance its air flow without the noise that comes with it and needs to be charged to emit a colder air.

Just a pity that guests under 18 aren’t allowed to use the swimming pool in the evenings. After a long car ride, our 14- and 15-year-old boys were really looking forward to a swim, but were disappointed when they weren’t allowed in. (We didn’t know this beforehand.) PS: Keep in mind that the sauna is not available in the mornings. Also, the bathroom/toilet setup is a bit odd — the toilet cubicle has a glass door and wall.

Beautiful interior design, spacious superior rooms (27 m²) with large, extra-long beds, and friendly, efficient front desk service. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a cool swimming pool overlooking Manufaktura. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone!

To add charges to the room (food, drink) you have to open an account at check in. Would be better if they informed about that at the time. Would have saved the hassle of going back to reception to open.

Best gym facilities and pool ever. Gym is on top floor, spacious, well equipped and flooded with daylight. Great city views. Would be even better if they had drinking water there, had to bring it from the room.
