Everything was just great, I cannot list anything here as "did not like".

The hotel is located approx.10 min walking distance to the city center. There is a free parking place with lots of trees, so you can leave your car in summer in a shadow under the trees. The breakfast was extraordinary, very delicious - but this was my experience in Poland in any other hotels as well. :)

Only the elevator - it is veeerry slow and I was affraid it will get stuck every time I was in it 🫣

Cozy bed, clean room and bathroom, towels, quite, easily reachable to old town. Next to it is a nice park, great for families as there are playgrounds. The parking is behind a hotel, behind a ramp, tho it was very crouded, so i am not sure if everyone can park there.

It is a cosy hotel very close to the city center. Amiable staff, comfortable beds, clean room and toilet, spacious shower cabin. Breakfast is various and delicious. There is a room for everybody to prepare coffee and tea 24/7. Parking place is OK.

The hotel is guite old fashioned but at a very good location with nice breakfast for reasonable price. And! Free parking at the hotel and around the hotel as well which is a plus!

There were a bit problems with parking spaces due football match in near stadium, but this was quickly solved:) so in the end everything was as we expected.

The location is close to the city center and there is free parking at the site. Good breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and even if the room dont have fridge, the reception will gladly put some food in secured fridge if needed.

Great location with free parking! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and delicious. Walking distance to all downtown sightseeings. Definitely will come back and recommend to everybody who plan to visit Krakow.

There are no electric kettles in the room; they are available in a designated area. It's a bit of a shame, as I like to have something warm to drink at night. But I could have asked at the reception—perhaps they provide such equipment upon request

The room was of a very good standard, consistent with the class of the facility. It was very clean. All appliances worked properly, and the air conditioning was very quiet—its hum was barely noticeable.

We deffo recommend this hotel for a single night or a longer stay at Krakow - we got offered a clean and spacious room with 2 single beds, free wifi and a private free parking. 24/7 reception, friendly staff and unlimited breakfast included. Tea and coffee making facilities ( bean to cup coffee maker, not en suite but at the floor) made us feel very welcome!

Very helpful staff, very good location (near the universitary campus, a park vis-a-vis, 10 minutes walk to the centre), private parking and free (maybe too small, but we could park in the campus for the first night, with the receptionist’s help),all very clean, free coffee and tea all the time near the reception, two bottles of water for free in the room, big room, big bathroom, A/C. Breakfast was very good, with surprises every day, local products and foods. Everything was OK.
