Although not needed (the weather was kind :) ) there was no air conditioning - just a vertical fan. The TV set was a bit old therefore no Netflix/internet

All the “little things” … excellent breakfast with daily change of hot items so you don’t get bored if staying for a couple days, waffle maker, takeaway sandwiches and coffee for the road. Unobtrusive staff who were always there to take away that empty tray / fruit leftovers, refill the buffet. Excellent location right in the center of town. Notifying we will be traveling with a pet, they provided a water/food bowl set in the room. Excellent facilities.

The accommodation is perfectly located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. One of the highlights was the wellness area, open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM — a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Another bonus: just a short walk from the hotel, a boat departs twice a day to the Vistula Spit area, which is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays!

We’ve stayed at 2 bedroom suite for only one night. The whole apartment was huge, beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Kitchen had big refrigerator, oven and was well stocked with cups, glasses, plates, silverware and pots and pans. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub was a great addition to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area!!

Overall room was clean, however bathroom was not very tidy (watermarks on the glass wall, water tap and mirror). Glass door to the bathroom is on the wheels, and one can hardly move it.

Some noise from the street when drunk Polish guys are on their way home 6 in the morning.

Staff - everyone are very kind and helpful! Room - clean, spacious, can make the tea/coffee Bed - comfortable, great mattress and pillows SPA - I booked a face massage and I really liked it, the lady was professional and very kind Great restaurant in the hotel to eat lunch - great value for money, very tasteful food, and kind staff Location - in the center of Elblag, pharmacies, shops, hairdresser etc. nearby. It's my second time here and I rally like it.

I would say it is a strong 3 stars hotel for the price of 4 :( Parking place- hotel is quite a big one, but under parking spaces there are only 15... Good luck to find free space on the street... For the cherry on top - jacuzzi water could have been more warm.

Big rooms. Restaurant is okay. I recommended to try horseradish soup . Pool and spa open from 7am-10pm - very convinient . Beautiful breakfast. I stayed only one night - and arrived after 8 pm - but was easy to spotted the parking space close to hotel. No charge from 6 pm til 9 am

The cooked fresh foods at breakfast did not keep warm enough, so when plated, almost cold.

Ideal location almost next to the cathedral and riverside. Staff attentive and helpful when required. Room a good size and very comfortable, I slept well. Quiet location. Close to tram and bus stops for further exploration. Good breakfast selection. Evening meal was tasty.

Just one thing…there were quite big spider webs up on the ceiling and in the bathroom was pretty big spider. I did not expect it a spider web nor such a big spider. It was not a new one, he was there for a long time

Firstly small things that were not up to a standard pf this price- old hair dryer and it was broken, the shower was moldy on the sides and beds were made unevenly ( you can see the sheets were not straight, someone was rushing). They didn't have non dairy options at the breakfast table (milk at least).

It's an upper class hotel with a great location in thr old town of the city. Breakfast selection was good, lots to choose from :)

The TV in the room was quite small. This was particularly disappointing as the Olympics were on.

Breakfast was simple but had several options.

Great location. Parking free of charge right next to the Hotel. Nice small wellness area. We booked two rooms and both of these were rather spacious rooms. Had a nice stay overall
