Local guest who made it impossible to enjoy it, very aggressive women in my room. One of them could be my grandmother was very disrespectful waking up the room at 5am listening to the news with high volume and switch on the light awhile other guest were sleeping she will leave the room to the door open and fight with her husband in front of the room, any try to reason with her didn’t work, even when I explained it’s rude and disrespectful, the receptionist with the grey hair didn’t want to help us and was unprofessional. It started as good experience end up as nightmare

The room super clean the bed was comfortable, location really 20 minutes from the bus/ train, supermarket near by and a shopping mall.

This place brought me joy. My room was so iconic, felt like I back in time to 90’s early 2000s, I felt like a kid again and at home. All the stuff is nice and welcoming, location close to the supermarket.warm water in the shower, kitchen with everything you need to cook. A walking distance from everything you need to see.I’ve met nice people there and had a good time.

We were kind of taken by surprise, that women and men are seperated and therefore we had to sleep in different rooms. Also cash only!! The women’s one is nice and small, the men’s one was something… 20 beds in a fairly small room, no AC. With open windows it was comfortable enough. The bathrooms were pretty clean though old and not big enough for so many guests. But for that price, why complain.

The price. Unbeatable. The staff was also nice although the lady freeting us didn’t speak english we made it work.

On the ground floor, there are two co-ed showers for two (three?) dorms. This could be a problem when larger groups of guests arrive. Being there midweek, pre-season, I didn't experience this problem.

Although it is a youth hostel, older people are welcome. Intimate facility. Very nice staff.

Only disadvantage is all guest are required to leave hostel between 11am to 3pm for cleaning time but it is a little matter.

Nice,cosy and very quite hostel perfect for resting for a night or more during a trip in Bialystok. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Very budget price and good location close to centre of city.

There was no paper in the toilet, but that is common in here. There was paper napkins in the kitchen.

I understand that the hostel welcomes school groups, but putting only a key for a room of eight beds is not ok. If you stay at this hostel you need to know that you cannot get in after midnight. Although you host school groups, you can't limit or control your guests with a time limit. We are adults and I think it is easy to make copies of the keys for all guests. Also one of the receptionists that work in the afternoon was very rude. We asked for the key to get into the room and she came saying if we didn't try to get into the room, when it is obvious that we did. If you work in a hostel, it is basic to be kind to your guests.

The hostel is charming and cozy. The owner is very kind and helpful. The rooms are very tidy and clean, the beds are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. The hostel is close to the centre and has restaurants and supermarkets around.

The location is great, and I like that there were separate dorms for the guys and gals. The shower was mixed and quite small, with one toilet downstairs, though maybe the fellows had one upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was free coffee and tea. Do remember, as a youth hostal, there is no alcohol allowed. There was only one outlet for two chargers, but we managed fine. Good value for money, basic but adequate for a short stay.

There is just one shower room. This one room is shared by both men and females. There is not any separate showers. A bit uncomfortable!

Arrived at midnight, the lady was waiting for me & made no fuss. The room was clean and airy. Big kitchen, good socializing. Decent bathroom. Amazing value for money.

Technically speaking you should return before midnight otherwise you might have to call someone. Beds are very narrow.

Staff was very nice, the hostel is clean, the kitchen is well equipped. The price is unbeatable.
