The Wi Fi and Kitchen equipment.

Enjoyed my time here. Wasn't expecting the online check in via a text message but it worked out OK. Like other guests the kitchen is a bit limited re cutlery and I actually bought my own bowl locally. Despite that the room was very comfortable and general spaces were kept clean. I would work out the route to the building in a bit more detail as its tucked away down a side street and you could miss it. One area that does let the venue down is the very poor wi-fi as I found myself having to hunt down places with a better connection.

Only one shower for two floors (none in any female bathrooms) - more is definitely needed, especially on days when the hostel is full. Very poor sound insulation, I could hear phone notifications from the next room very clearly.

Recently renovated rooms in an old building - a cool place with potential. Good value for money.

The property’s beds are not comfortable and the sockets are not usefully. The property is need a wash machine. The curtains are falling off.

The property it has good location. All furniture is working and 2 times they came to clean the property and they give clean towel. For a place at this price is a good behaviors.

Although there is a lift, it hasn’t worked for years. Stairs are circular around liftwell and lit by sensor lights on each landing, so at night, sometimes I was left in the dark as lights had gone out. As I had luggage and am not in the first flush of youth, I probably would not have stayed here had I known. However, Marta, who met me on arrival arranged for someone to carry up my suitcase and then came herself when I left, to help me.

Excellent location on one of Bydgoszcz’s best streets. Spacious and comfortable. Room had fully equipped kitchen and was newly refurbished. There is also another communal kitchen in the property with microwave. Although listed as a ‘hostel’, this was more like an apartment,ent.

Some things are a bit old and run down (entry door, kitchen facilities, toilets) but overall it is a good value for the money I paid.

The internet. It's just awful. The speed was terrible (Youtube struggled to play 480p, only 360p worked fine) and the connection would drop constantly. Be ready for it. It was crucial for me as I worked remotely and needed a good connection during my week's stay in this room. Fortunately, I had enough gigabytes of mobile internet to be able to work using my phone as a hotspot. The sockets were not attached to the walls properly, which was quite dangerous. The ceiling above the bathtub was too low so I could not stand up while being inside. Basically, I was forced to take a bath each time a quick shower would suffice, but I'd rather call it a nuance, not a drawback.

The location is perfect. It's in the city center, the place is cozy and quiet. The building is very distinctive, so it's easy to find. I had a room with a private bathroom. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spacy. There was a refrigerator, electric kettle, and TV in the room. There was also a shared kitchen with everything you need to prepare some meals. The private check-ins and outs are convenient.

What I didn't like is that...legend has it that there is a super secret shower somewhere. I didn't find it. I had a room on the ground floor and other people who were staying there told me the other, upper floors have showers. Apparently you had to enter the men's bathroom and from there you would open some entrance to a shower. I asked if the bathroom is marked, the person said no. (The bathrooms are clearly marked on the ground floor.) Not wishing to risk barging into other people's rooms or even entering when someone is at the toilet, I just didn't look for the shower anymore. At least put signs indicating how to get there. I also sent the property a message asking where it is - this was during the evening before I left. There was no quick answer. Not a big deal, but I couldn't find a trash can in the room. I just left a paper bag full of the papers I wanted to throw away, plastic bottles and metal cans.

Amazing location for the price - 20 minutes of walking to the Nova Opera, if I remember the name right. The Opera is next to the river and the places are pretty. Clean, somewhat spacious, plenty of electric sockets in the walls. Conveniently close to supermarkets and food shops. The bathroom did have warm water for washing your hands and a soap dispenser. There was toilet paper in the toilet, plus an extra unused roll in the room. The bed was very good and relaxing. The blanket was warm and soft, I fell asleep very quickly every time.

The bed wasn't to comfortable. To soft mattress and the pillow was not comfortable. For one night sleep this bed is fine, but if someone is staying for couple of days more or longer, then investigating in good mattress and comfortable pillow would be beneficial for this room.

Very good location and clean facilities. Friendly staff and owner, always happy to help. I had a add hock request regards my room location and the owner very quickly dealt with my request to get my room ready in timely manner. I will definitely recommend this place for the service and value of the money.

i think more direction would have been great,there was no staff around at any point during my stay and communication through messaging was a bit delayed but all in all they responded and I got what I needed
