The flat is clean and very good to have a rest, not so much noises. The place is very close to Bus central station as well as train station.

Instead of coffe table- it’s hostel not an hotel room,if you don’t watch your stuff the might disappear. - [ ] Kitchen -people who stay in a hostel are on a budget.many people were eating on the bed which can bring bed bugs in the future. - [ ] Long stay guest. I know it’s common to stay in hostel for months or years, you should have a special room for them, usually people who stay longer usually cause a problems. - [ ] The room was boiling my bed was the upper bed I could used the duvet only the cover. - [ ] I had a bed experience with an old lady who vaulted my privacy. I was laying on my bed watching tv show with headphones mind my own business when an old lady knocked on my bed fream like crazy and move my curtain yelling at me in a language I do not speak demanding me to open for her water bottle . I told her no. When someone doesn’t welcome me when I arrived to the room, not communicate at first for me it’s a bad sign. And also super rude. - [ ] Nobody at the reception after checking in even between 16:30-22:00 - [ ] No place to leave the bag before and after I could easily gave it 1 star but I believe in hostel future

Location superb, close to the train and bus and shopping center the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Here is a few think to make it better,as someone who slept in many hostel over the years. And work in hospitality for 11 years

The shower and toilets were ill-suited for the number of guests (only 2 showers, 2 toilets and 3 sinks for 9 rooms - in a very small space). The cleanliness of the bathroom was not OK . The noise insolation of the room was limited. The curtains were nearly transparent. The boiler was broke and there were no cups.

The room was clean enough and the hostel is well-situated.

I wasn't informed of the fact that you have to pay double the price if you arrive later than 10. I think this is absolutely unacceptable and unfair, so at the end I booked a better hostel, but they never refunded me. This is the message that they finally sent me after spending my day of arrival trying to inform them of the fact that I would arrive later than 10: "The hostel is open until 10 pm. We could have waited until 11. I can offer you our second hostel - yellow hostel on Warszawska 71. You will have to pay 60 PLN - 30 for late check-in and 30 for breakfast" I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL TO ANYONE, THIS IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR. THIS IS INFORMATION SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING PAGE.

Check-in from 4:30pm is too late in my opinion, no secure location to put away your valuable items other than to keep it with you at all times or risk leaving it. I had a very negative situation during my stay: a drunk guest showed up to the room very late and was being very aggressive and boisterous, resulting in my premature departure the very same day that I’ve checked in. And that was dealt with poorly by Booking.com.

The beds are not solid so every movement makes the bunk bed shake. 2 showers with no hot water and having to hold a button is not ideal. 2 mixed toilets are not enough. No kitchen or social room.

I didn't even have an opportunity to live there, though I paid for the bed. The page of this hostel didn't contain any information that late check-in is impossible. So, I booked the bed, paid for it at once, and mentioned that I had to check in at 2 a.m. as my plane lands at 00:00. However, they answered that check-in time is ONLY from 16:30 to 22. I tried to cancel my reservation and get my money back. But they refused. It was merely 2 hours between my reservation and my try to cancel. So, I didn't live there and didn't get my money back. This hostel should emphasize on their page in capital letters that late check-in is impossible! I'm sure I'm not alone in this problem. So, I don't recommend the hostel at all.
