How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

An excellent hotel, the decor is also modern, but everything is very clean and functions flawlessly. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming.

It's kind of strange to pay an additional 100 euros of an incomprehensible deposit, which was returned the day after departure. Thank you for returning it. When checking in, when talking to the lady at the reception, I got the impression that you were asking to be let in for the night. I want to remind this dear lady that she works in the service sector, not the guest who pays for it!
Convenient location near a large shopping center. Comfortable bed. Free parking.

The view from the window overlooked a roof, which probably houses a garden, but in winter, it’s a rather dull sight. There’s not much that can be done about that, I suppose. Generally, the hotel is starting to feel a bit "tired" — the renovation was clearly of good quality, but it’s beginning to show its age.
We stayed for just one night, only to rest, so we spent no more than 8 hours in the hotel. However, we were satisfied — the bed was comfortable, it was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was a coffee machine in the lobby. For a few zlotys, you could grab a coffee to go, and there were also snacks available for purchase in a mini-shop. Also, free parking is available, which is comfortable for those traveling by car. Overall, it’s a good conference hotel with all the necessary amenities.

Some renovation may be needed in coming years.
The hotel is located in big shopping mall-office-hotel complex. Although it is not new, it has all the necessary facilities. There is a safe box in the room. There is an underground parking (shared with shopping mall) and some parking lot in front of the main entrance. The parking is free for quests. There is a nice restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.

There were no slippers while the floors were cold, and no grooming kit and bathing cap, which I really needed.
Nice beds, great soft towels, convenient location.

Great location at Millennium Hall, complete with underground (covered) parking and EV charging facility. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. It's much better to stay here and taxi/Bolt to RZE than to stay at the HI at the airport.

Good location, parking and nice and clean rooms
Great food, professional personnel, especially waitresses at the restaurant , in particular, Vera ) and there was another waitress but unfortunately I did not get her name, she welcomed us on April 29 at dinner time

Very comfortable hotel, room was nice, location is okay but not in the middle of town. The hotel is located near a large mall. Breakfast was good.

The bathroom with a bathtub and curtain was quite unpractical cause there was a lot of water on the floor after the shower. First night we've got the shower water in a barely warm temperature because of the water tap settings. Only after asking in the reception the settings were changed and we've mange to have hot water. Front desk stuff might smile a little bit more. Average sweet pastries.
Nice, quiet and spacious room with comfortable bed. Good seating area and a working space. Delicious breakfast, fried eggs, good coffee and possibly to order pancakes.

The location is very comfortable for shopping purposes but not really for those who love to explore the city on foot as the hotel is located a bit far from the cultural center of the city.
Nice and comfortable facilities in an excellent location - right next to a big shopping mall that offers everything one might need.
