We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI didn't like the receptionist telling my boys , my sons, that they couldn't stay long with me in the room. I did check in and was just freshing up to leave again! On my way out was, 2 ladies smoking just outside the door and didn't move for me to get out, making me walt trough a cloud of smoke.
I have stayed here multiple times, and as always, this place is very tidy and comfortable.

Polandthe hotel is not near any bus stop, so we could only take taxis which was not cost effective.
All was okay. the place is nice and smells well. breakfast was so filling. it was a very good experience.

PolandThere's railroad tracks nearby with some intensive traffic.
There's a very nice little inner garden. A breakfast was cooked for us considering our preferences. The parking is very close to the reception and getting to a room was a quick and easy route. The hotel is relatively small and wasn't crowded.

United KingdomOnly a minor point, the shower could use a descale. The water is pretty hard and the restricted shower nozzles made the pressure a little high. That said it is very clean and in no way made a negative dent in my long stay.
The hotel has a lovely enclosed garden at the rear which was nice to sit in and relax. The staff were extremely kind couldn’t do enough to make me feel at home, even allow me into the kitchen late at night to make a coffee.

SloveniaEverything about our stay was amazing. Our room was big, comfortable and clean, there is free private parking, and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. It is an insanely good hotel for such a low price. The older gentleman who prepared us breakfast (I assume he is the owner), even encouraged us to make sandwiches out of the food that we couldn't eat at the table. He made extra effort to communicate with us via google translate, as he didn't speak English, and we didn't speak Polish. A truly 10/10 experience. I wish that every hotel was like Hotel Havana!

UkraineLots of dust on lamps, on a hairdryer etc.. Bed linen with stains - were changed after asking. Some long black hair on the bathroom, especially in the place of water drainage in the shower. Hairdryer is like from 80th - I had to go with wet hair after 30 min drying. No smart TV - Netflix etc. A lot of noise on the corridor at night. Very average breakfast, I did not like it. That was my second time at Hawana, first one was fine. First time was room nr.6, second one was room nr. 3. Breakfast, staff etc. were good on my first stay. But I won't go back to this hotel anymore - I don’t want to play a lottery.
