Water leak in the hallway. Hotel plumbing problem during my first night but problem was fixed during the day. Guests were not informed properly about the problem. Woke up without water in the morning because of plumbing works. Lack of information dissemination.

Should have more info on day trips, maybe in reception or in our room so we could plan trips. Our room could have been a bit more up to date, it was old fashioned. When we booked the room for two Adults and a Child (14 years old) we were charged an adult price but she was given a single pull out sofa bed, if we’re getting charged an adult price it would have been nice to have a full bed, when I emailed to question it the communication back wasn’t great. Other family members we had with us with two adults in one room had a spare full single bed in there room.

The location was spot on, small walk to the centre. The bar was handy too.

They offer a breakfast at a discounted price but I would recommend eating out as there wasn’t much selection and because it was busy, there was no where to sit anyway.

Perfect location just a 10 minute walk to the centre. Handy to have the bar just below us for a couple of drinks in the evening. The room had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to other people!

A toaster would’ve been perfect but maybe this is a Poland thing. And the hot/cold taps are the other way around but again, this might be a Poland thing because we’ve had the same issue at our next accommodation.

Very good location for a tourist, 10 min walk to Old Town, 3 min walk to the market (to buy fresh strawberries in the morning), 10 min walk to Kazimierz Jewish Quarter restaurants, 25 min walk to Schindlers Enamel Factory Museum and Museum of Conteporary Art - visited them all. Cozy bar for the nigtcap downstairs. Good quality/price ratio.

Good position, near city center. Restaurants are near, convenience stores, etc The room itself is decent, not wow. Staff was pretty helpful and nice We had some social games available in the hotel's restaurant. Prices where acceptable

Would have been nice to have a sink in the kitchenette area. Air-conditioning didn't work - we managed with opening the windows which was fine in May but might be an issue in the summer months. The shower door doesn't seal properly so water leaked over the bathroom floor. Be aware that if you want to leave luggage before your stay, you need to book it. We didn't and we're due to arrive at 1pm but were told no one would be available till 2pm. We found a nearby hotel using Bounce to store our luggage so it was fine but I wish I had known to contact in advance to book left luggage. However overall it was a really enjoyable stay and fantastic value for money - would stay here again
